This was genius, I want to make everything here! I love that you added the exact amount & macros below. Please do more of these!! I love adding protein to my cereal, I have it every morning!

I loved this! Well done. I just ordered a scale from Amazon, and now I am going to the grocery. I have fifty to sixty pounds to lose, and I want to gain some muscle. It may take a while cuz I’m 62, but I gotta do it. I am just trying to figure out the macro thing. I have absolutely no health issues other than being overweight. I retired in October and now I am sitting at home in lockdown, and the gym is closed...lol. But I found some old weights hanging around, and a skipping rope. So now I have goals. Thanks for this video. ☮️💕

Yippee! A meal prep video! I'll have to try your Pumpkin Black Quesadilla -- I've never seen Lavash bread before, but I'll give it a try! Your Black Bean recipe already sounds good on it's on that I might just use it as a topping on rice, potatoes or whatever vegetabes I have on hand. :) I'm glad you're still eating tofu/tempeh because I kept seeing you eat the Longeve protein crumbles so I thought maybe you stopped eating soy products. I see now that that is not the case. Yay! :)
I don't live near a Trader Joe's but do live near many Asian supermarkets. A similar substitute for the TJ's High-Protein Tofu is normally called "Dry Tofu." And Dry Tofu, from what I've seen, almost always comes in two flavors: 1) Five Spice of 2) Plain. I use these a lot for all of my meals now. I love them so much!

I wonder this too and also about insulin levels. My hormones are sensitive and I have PMDD, and also IBS. I'm not sure any one diet fits everyone. I suggest listening to your body. I have started eating completely opposite of plant based whole food and started low carb healthy fat carnivore. My body is loving it but not everyone has my issues. This woman is obviously thriving on whole food vegan, as do a lot of people. Eat what makes you feel really great, experiment and your body will tell you. Food journaling is very important to figure that out. And be open-minded, that's why I watch vids like this, so I can recommend stuff to my plant based whole food friends.

Prakash Budhu Groceries lasted me 2 weeks. Lot’s of the things I bought on my grocery haul I didn’t use until week 2. I bought a lot of “fun items” and convenient ready to eat foods. If you stick to whole foods it’s a lot less 😉

Yea ,I hate the fact that the ingredients and vegetables are protected by the handlers hands and dust floating around in the air coming from the farm to the table.
