    Make sure you are taking care of yourself Natalie! I know you have a lot of followers but we wouldn’t be disappointed at all if you need to not post or even not compete! Personally I think putting your body through that stress might be not the best thing right now considering everything we are going through. I know folks love to comment and give advice etc etc but girl I have been following you for awhile and I can tell that you are going through a lot of stress. Your amazing, a beauty inside and out, and we love you!

    Natalie, I am obsessed with your channel!! Thank you for the cookie dough recipe. It IS everything you said it would be and then some more!! Wow!! I made my cookie dough with Orgain Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup protein. Wow!! You just made my post workout meals a dream come true!! I wonder if this could make an amazing banana pudding or key lime consistency too. In my nutrition class I learned that vegan protein food sources are better taken in by the body when paired with Vitamic C foods. Would you say that your body uptakes protein better with certain foods over others? Is this why you need such a high level of protein?

    For the cookie dough the protein plus a tablespoon of coconut flour and a couple tablespoons of applesauce with the milk and chocolate chips is also excellent! And if you want it to be reeeeally good add like 1/4tsp of butter extract flavoring 😁

    I just made the protein cookie dough and did not have any instant pudding. I looked at the ingredients of the pudding and realized that it is likely the potato starch that gives the "dough" it's consistency, so I used a small amount (a couple of grams) of potato starch and some ground vanilla beans and it turned out perfect. Just wanted to put a hack out there for you and anyone else :)

    Hi Natalie, do you have a list of foods for meal prep ? I cannot have tofu and tempeh dues to trigger my IBS. Only I can have is meatless meat contains wheat. Can you show us how to homemade seitan w Bob Mills virtual wheat. I made a few times and tasted incorrect or too wet, thank you.

    😫 I was soooooo thinking about you when I heard that CA was closing down again... so crappy to hear but so relived to hear you have an out doors option!! 🤩 George is doing great with the video editing but that’s just an added bonus to your vids... they are regardless informative and I was just telling my hubby that I just might try your 420 cal plate for alllllllll that food. 🙌🏽 im sooo for it, I will be looking for that yuba!!!
