  • Walking is an excellent Exercise also called as Cardio Exercise which has many benefits safest for patients with spine , hip and knee problems too. People prefer to walk as per their comfort in morning or evening. This video explains the 5 main benefits of walking in the morning as compared to evening walk which includes fresh air, negative ions, energy, peaceful sleep and Vitamin D.

    Mam mai kashmir se hn mera fatty liver 1 grand hai or weight bhi zyada hua hai toh morning mai tym nhi milta evening mai kar sakhti hn

      Yes sure. Walk itself is a very good exercise for all problems. If u don't have time in morning ..do it in evening 👍

      Benefits of walking to milenge hi ..sirf kuch added benefits hote hain morning mein jyada ..vo nahi mil payenge. But do walk in evening atleast.

      Agar high BP ki prob hai to walking start karte samay monitoring jaruri hai .. aise cases mein kisi physiotherapist ya fitness expert ke supervision mein walk start karna chahiye. Aur agar BP ki prob normally rehti hai to start karein 15 mins walk se and then progress slowly to 30- 40 mins at brisk pace.

      Yes...walking at any time of the day is great for physical as well as mental well-being, however, walking after meals is particularly helpful in weight loss and diabetes management.

    Ma'am weight loose krne k liye evening walk, helpful h ki nhi.aisa to nhi hota ki morning walk se jyada weight loose hota h.

      Nahi aisa kuch nahi hai. Exercises matter ..aap kabhi bhi karein lekin proper speed aur time duration ke saath karein plus diet bhi

    If i go for morning walk and then come back without eating breakfast is it ok??
    Or if i eat any fruit and then go to sleep ? Is it ok

    If I go for walking in morning skips YOGA,and if in evening no max benifits of walking. WHAT TO DO?

      Hi. Morning walks are always more beneficial than evening walks but if the time does not permit it or u can't make alteration in ur routine then u carry on with evening walks...
