    I'm doing walk post meals since my college days.. earlier I was used to go with my grandfather . Now I'm going alone or with my mom. When I m alone then I listen just 10 favorite songs for the day or I listen your recorded live Q & A. It's always amazing to go for walk after dinner..5th benefit sir I think I should have included that's better sleep . Walking for almost 30-45 minutes enhance the quality of sleep as whole body is engaged in walking..mood bhi happy happy rehta he

    i think one should not walk immediately..i sit for half an hour after breakfast..lunch or dinner....then walk for 15 to 20 minutes moderate speed...not more

    1) kya walk khany k foran baad krni hy ya 1 ghanty baad
    2) kya ye normal walk hi ho ya ghr ki serhion (stairs) pr b walk kr skty hen?

      Mein no 2 wala ka sawal mere rai seh batayega...bhai tera body ko kaisa malum hoga ke aap kaha peh walk jaa raha huhh..matlab as long as you are moving the body irrespective of where...u will get the benefit

      Walking on stairs has even more benefit than cycling..its definetely better thn walk
      Nd we should walk after 15 mins rest on meal..
      Immediately walking is harmful

      Wo sirf dophar k liye kaha jata hai, yeh concept islamic hai, isey kailullah kehte hai aur same rat k khane k bad walk karni chayihe, agr koi 20 min walk na kar paye toh atleast 40 steps is our ancient proven health tip.

    A short walk only. Beyond that blood circulation will be diverted to legs whereas it is needed for digestion. Speaking as a physician. Have a great time ahead.

      Dear just keep the speed low.. don't go for rush. Walk slowly.. it's always put little bit pressure on guts which is good for our digestive enzymes. Thus it enhance digestive system. Enjoy walking
