Physiotherapy is a branch of allied health sciences which helps patients to overcome pain and disabilities which interfere with their daily activities of living. It's also called as physical medicine where we use different modalities like IFT, TENS, Ultrasound, Stimulator, SWD etc and exercises to heal the injuries and help the patients to strengthen the musculature and gain flexibilty to reduce chances of injury.
