Sir I turned 62 today having diabetic i am walking minimum 10 K per day and my smartwatch shows me in 10 minutes steps are 1150 to 1200 I am also walking minimum 10 minutes after every meal is this okay in my age and diabetic please guide me i am in Sydney average walking in week in 75 to 80 K
