First time watching your video and following along. It was tricky for the first two routines but once I figured the pace and style, it was doable. I almost gave up because it's truly sweaty and high energy! I then reduced my intensity to reach till the end. It was a super challenge from the ones I am used to. Loved that there are no squats, jumps and lunges. This is truly an all-body workout. Thanks for this ❤

3450 steps, 200 calories burned,3.4 speed, close to 2 miles. 😓 lot! I have 6 weeks doing this exercises alternating with ( 15 minutes dumbbells weights exercises (3T/week) My clothes fit better. Going on vacation in 2 months. I want a “new body”:)
I put my Fitbit in aerobic workout and it said I burnt 237 calories my heart rate average 121 but I did get up to 150 on heart rate it says I had 34 minutes workout
Really enjoyed this one, glad there was no squats! did a workout yesterday that was squat heavy and my poor thighs and glutes are feeling it today.
