Over the years, I've hopped, skipped, and jumped my way through countless walking workout videos. From Growwithjo to burpee girl, I've given them all a go. But no matter how many I try, I always find myself yearning for Olivia's videos. There's just something about her that keeps me coming back for more. Sure, I like to mix things up and break free from the monotony by trying out other TH-camrs' workouts. And I must say, there are some truly enjoyable ones out there. But Olivia, she understands the desires of a beginner venturing on a weight loss journey like nobody else. Her workouts are like a perfect balance beam. They're friendly to beginners, but not a walk in the park. You'll break a sweat, but it won't feel impossible. And you know what else? Olivia's got this magical ability to sport a smile on her face throughout the whole video, without flashing her pearly whites and overdoing the enthusiasm like some other TH-camrs. Great workout! To me, the best part is the lack of banter. HAHA! This means I can watch this over and over again without memorizing what is said. After a couple of times with the same encouraging banter, I have trouble choosing to hear it just one more time.
Olivia is not gonna give u any breaks. You better catch your breath and try to keep up cause she is gonna work every muscle you got. She got me. I loved it🤸♀️🏃♀️

I challenged myself and did this workout first thing in the morning before work. I usually do a quick 12-15 but I wanted to challenge myself. This was great. Love the pace of the workout. Thank you for what you do.

I found this video today and paired it with weight training plus 3-30 minute planks and walk sits. I really didn't think I wouls sweat but BOY was I wrong. Sweating like somebody's chasing me. Will definitely add this to my weekly workouts!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Love your videos! My daughter told me about these. I'm 58 and I had total knee replacements 6 weeks apart in March and April. I was looking for cardio I could do since the weather is getting colder. My other workouts are still a little too rough on me. I like that you know what's coming next and the moves can be modified. I up to around 20 minutes out of the 30. If you have had knee or hip replacement, be sure to check with your doctor and therapist.
I am grateful for this workout as I am recovering from an injury that limits what I can do. I'm thankful to be able to move my body enough to do this workout! Thank you!
@@Sabs_101 walking more helps create more of a calorie deficit so if you are eating well, and you incorporate additional cardio and other workouts like Pilates, strength training, etc throughout the week whilst doing these walking workouts daily (build the frequency up slowly if you're a beginner, or else you'll probably find it hard) then yes, you'll lose fat and weight!

Love this low impact, no talking workout! However, I'm feeling a little "lopsided" after it. The move at 6:08 is just a repeat of the move before, instead of lifting the other leg (my left/your right). And the move at 14:29 has my left/your right leading, with no complementary move with the other leg leading.
Another well thought out and executed workout. Good form can be maintained throughout this workout but perhaps my coordination needs a tad of working on. 😊 Many thanks as always for sharing.
