Did this today.. 10552 steps and 474cal burnt. Had to modify a few steps coz there was just too many repetitive knee lifts that i can't do coz of a bad knee. 5'5 and 74kg for those who are looking for stats. Kept doing slow walk even during the active break time, but boy whatta sweat!
Wow! What a workout. I had a great sweat and wasn’t fatigued afterwards. The rounds are great proportions and I was able to walk 0.5 miles each round. 590 calories burned, 4 miles, ~ 7,000 steps
First time to try this workout and it did worked out for me. Burned a total of 979kcal from my Mi band!🔥😍 And I am not that tired at all despite my sore body from the past workouts I've been doing. I'll do this again tomorrow! You are such a blessing!🥰
