    Fantastic workout! I slipped and fell forward hard on ice last week...taking a break from outdoor icy walking for a bit. This was great, now that I CAN walk again!! ❤️‍🔥

    I know those workouts are less efficient than db workouts, but they are sooooo much more fun !! That's another winner, thank you Olivia ! I did it without pause and with 1kg wrist weights and, once again, my shoulders are crying. But I still loved it !

    Hi Coach Olivia, I just found your channel, and I love how precise and controlled your movements are. I'm already doing your workout (30 MIN TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT- No Repeat | Standing). And planning on doing this one alternately. Would a pair of 3 lbs dumbbells help increase the intensity of this workout?

      Hi,
      Yes absolutely. Majority of my walking workouts have a lot of arm movements incorporated so adding weights will definitely spicy it up. Enjoy x

      my Amazfit watch was showing 228 calories. it's great exercise and i sweated alot but i don't think im gonna repeat it it needs alot of coordination 😂. I will try her other workouts.
