  • This class is a quick and effective 15 minute full body stretch. I call this class miracle yoga because it incorporates all the right yoga poses and stretches to help you feel your absolute best for the day ahead or to settle in after work for a restful night sleep. As always, be sure to modify any poses and skip any that just don't feel right today. See you on the mat!

      We’re on the same wave length I’ve been listening to jazz a lot when I’m running or on a cool down after boxing drills. It always puts me in a good space. I really appreciate this

    One of my new favorites! The jazz, threading the needle in child's pose, the pilates-type raising the leg in gate pose variation. Overall awesome!

    I am excited and thankful that I have found yoga voiced videos that don't make my skin crawl.
    This is the last to be added (3-in-a-row) for my early Tuesday a.m. hour-long workouts (10min Yoga Stretch for Tension Relief, 10-min Hip & Back Stretches,...). My Bali mornings are bright and fruitful way before my 7:45a.m. alarm for journaling and Bible Study.

    Love, love, LOVE 💕 your channel!! Everything about it!! For me, it’s grounding, therapeutic and spiritual. Even I say “oh, I’ll do it tomorrow… my mind, body and soul nudge me to the mat. I’ve been a yogi for years and done it all. But your style, I’ll take any day. Do you offer longer sessions? 30-40 minutes?
