    I loveeee the pace you move at. It’s enough time between movements to really connect. Most videos I’ve watched the pace is to fast. Yours are us doing it with you. Not just teaching. Great videos hun. Thanks you

      You made me fall in love with yoga. I never liked it before because i wasn't able to relax because it was hard and made me tense lol but with you, I get it now! Thanks

    I'm a very anxious person. It's very hard for me to meditate. But this yoga is so calming. 20 mins pass like 2 mins. Thank you so so much.😭😘🌷🌷

    I started my 31 days of yoga journey because i found some of your videos and you've helped me so much in just under a month that i have set a new goal 365 days of yoga. I am loving every single day of yoga and i can't wait to keep seeing the impact on my spine which is straighter as i have scoliosis and my over all health. Thank you Bird xxx i am 2 days away from my first goal couldn't have done it without you and to me it's a big goal i haven't been able to set goals and reach them in years thank you for being part of my every day your videos are my favourite please don't stop making videos i love your channel

    This is the best practice to unwind in the evening ♥️ It also really helps to release tension in the lower back. Definitely my go-to practice when I come home from work or before sleep. I love it !

    Fantastic, the slow pace really means you can sink into the stretches to gain maximum flexibility. This was the best pigeon pose I've managed to ever achieve. Also, I've strained my back doing kettlebells and found this better than pain killers to ease the lower back. Thank you so much xx

    This was the best way to start the day. Since I started this series I'm learning to tap in and release tension in my body during the practice and even throughout the day, which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for answering all my questions too, your answers have helped a lot. I've been doing yoga for years but I feel like I'm only now truly learning the right way to do it for my body. Which leads me to today's question: is it normal for one's lower back to come off the floor when in corpse pose? 🌸 have a beautiful day, Bird!

      I’m so so happy to hear this! I’m glad you are enjoying the journey and connecting deeper to self. This is incredible 💫🤸💘
      Because the back has a natural curve you’ll definitely notice the lower back not making contact with the mat/floor while laying in corpse pose.
      The lumbar spine will change depending on the pose. For example you’ll probably notice while in happy baby your lower back actually makes contact to the mat/floor. This is because the spine goes into a bit of Flexion naturally in this type of position.
      In corps pose we aren’t doing anything so as you relax the spine will begin to soften and find it’s natural curvature so you’ll naturally have some space between the mat/floor and your lower back.
