- Welcome to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Roulette! In this series @MBTYuGiOh and I each spin a wheel featuring every Secret Pack in Master Duel. We then build decks using 20 of only those Secret Packs before playing a Match to determine that episode’s winner. The winner of each episode gets to decide if they want the first or second Secret Pack from the wheel during the next episode, but they must choose before seeing what the second spin lands on! I want to do prog series like this but I have no close yugioh friends how would I go about finding them & making sure they have time? I've always wanted to do prog or chaos draft somehow on Master Duel seems like fun if possible.

With this we have basically confirmed that Master Duel is sentient, with MBT pulling TKoaC TWICE while Doug was pulling from the pack full of archetypes that canonically fought against the various "True Kings." Not to bring Doug bringing multiple True Dracos. The game was trying its hardest to create a lore-accurate duel, culminating when Joseph actually summoned the beast.

As a Metalfoes fan, it really hurt to see Doug never set parametalfoes fusion. That card is so cracked and sets you up for Mithrilium.
Lore accurate showdown, gotta love to see it. Only thing better would be getting Metatron and VFD on the field in the same duel.
Also a bit of a bummer to not see Electumite or Ultimateness come out at all when both pulled 2 of their respective one, but that's probably for the best.
ultimateness is complete garbage without a bunch of fairies to fuel it though, and the pack it comes in doesn't really fuel it that well. pretty sure cyber angels are a seperate pack
If that number the editor gave is accurate, that's just a little over 1 in 100,000,000.
Dzeef keeps saying there's "only 2 metalfoes in the pack" like my guy, the whole archetype is in this
"There's only a couple" he says, as he pulls 2 in the first pack. Also yeah, the whole archetype is there, and very low rarity. This pack is broken for sealed. He's out of his mind.

The Level 3 and Level 2 vanilla are missing, and Crystron is missing 3 of their lower leveled monsters, too, iirc (all of these are in the Legacy Pack only)
Might not sound like a huge deal but that's losing 6 scales which can make consistency an issue

This is my favorit episode because both of you use my favorit arctype. Summon VFD in Megalith Impcantation is crazy, I never think about that before. I never thought to use Phul effect to make specific level and then Xyz summon.

And Dzeeff, actually he got a lot of good Metalfoes cards. If he put more Metalfoes and decreased the Zoodiac cards, I think his deck will be more consistent. All Vanilla Metalfoes have the same pendulum effect, and other Metalfoes or their Extra Deck has simple explanation for their effect.

The only thing I know about crystrons is it dies a slow death by brick if you don't have the halq 2nd effect into synchro tuner play to do the main combo like obviously it still has combos but your not always gunna draw into em and play through negate or have the right numbers to make the right cards for a situation but halqs the master key to unlocking any line off his plays
Curse Necrofear- One of my favorite monsters, I have one in my favorite deck, but is absolutely useless unless you build your deck around her...

21:20 - I think the play there was to summon Penciplume or Talismandra instead of Candoll, then search Phul, summon Phul using Bethor tributing the Impcantation, Phul grab back Bethor, tribute Bethor to summon Phaleg from deck. Phaleg will have at least 3100 ATK, beating over the Metaltron.
So true, MBT should have just materialised a Phaleg using his Duel Links Skill.

All the metalfoes cards were in the pack. Mostly low rarity. One of if not the best decks if you're a free to play player. They can do all the daily challenges in one duel.
Check again: two of the vanilla Metalfoes are only in the Legacy Pack
@@Dzeeff I was wrong steelen and silvered are in the legacy pack for some reason. Crimsonite and adamante are only legacy pack too.
