    I’ll condense a book into a short sentence here. You have changed my life Joe for the better both physically and mentally. I can’t thank you enough. Thinking deeply with changing peoples life’s you have contributed to reducing the strain on the NHS and have allowed families more time with each other as people will live longer as a result of this lifestyle that you promote. You’re a working class hero mate!

      Great cardio HIIT. Tough but no need for rest in between sets.

      Definitely a medium HIIT. It can be made tougher by turning static exercises into jumps.

    I like that this one is 40/20 and don’t mind that it’s 2 rounds of 10 different moves. I haven’t done a slide plank for ages and it showed! Thanks for these You Tube workouts Joe x

    It was definitely more challenging to do squat jumps and weighted sumo squats both rounds. Keep these TH-cam workouts coming Joe, I love them and need them x

    I really do like this one. My challenge to myself for next time is jump squats and sumo squats with a weight for both rounds (not just the 2nd like this time). This went quickly and has a bit of everything. As always thanks so much Joe x

    I was prompted to do this one again as I was notified that some joker had replied to my previous comment as Joe Wicks hoping for a private conversation. I used weights on the squats. I just couldn’t balance on those side planks 🤦🏼‍♀️. Great workout, thanks Joe x

    Could you give a better description of each exercise so we know before we start this workout? I struggle with squats and planks at the moment so most of this workout was not suitable and had to adapt or miss a lot of it
