    Am disabled I have paralysis and don't have the use in 1 leg, but I can stand and do most of these exercises, which is great I obviously have to change a couple of the techniques but just as effective ,thank you Joe 😉

    Just did this but only used 5kg dumbells, tore both my rotator cuffs 18 months ago and the recovery was painful and slow. But finally back to my weights and loving it, thanks Joe. At 54 I'm getting fitter and stronger every day and it does wonders for my mental health 😙💚🌍🌱

    *So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

    Perfect total body workout. Very adjustable. You can stop at one round or do more than 2 as you improve. Increase weights as you improve. Great if you don't have time for a complete workout. One round is only 10 minutes.

    Loved this! My first dumbbell workout 🏋️‍♀️ and I feel so energised! This has added another dimension to my workouts as previously was doing mainly hiit sessions and was getting a bit bored with the same style. I’ll definitely look out for more dumbbell workouts 😄

    I’ve been waiting for you to start doing these and also 45 minute hiit workouts too…..
    Heather Robertson does these 45 minutes that are amazing,
    Would be great if you can start incorporating more 20 and 45 minutes
    HIIT workouts….

    Loved this workout. Enjoy all your online session but I am partial to a dumbbell workout. Having slightly heavier DB’s made a big difference too.

    I really enjoy your workouts and I do about 3 a week along with daily yoga, which is great and I feel healthier and fitter than ever! However, this does cause a lot of stress and pain on my wrists, as a lot of the moves involve being on the hands. I was wondering if you could possibly do a high impact hiit but hands free? Thanks, Rebecca

    I’m after some advice, I’ve followed your videos for a long time now and have managed to loose 7 stone in less then a year by following your advice and exercises, recently I ruptured my achilles tendon and I’m worried about damaging it again once I’m able to start exercising again, do you have any suggestions or maybe do a video to help!?!?

    I did this with my new heavier weights and it definitely made it a sweatier workout. I enjoy this one but feel I’ve cheated by not doing some cardio, so I’m about to do some climb the rope and star jumps 😊 thanks Joe x

      Cardio is basically just exercises that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for a long period of time. Hiit keeps heart rate high for its entirety even when doing the dumb bell stages. Although 20 mins isn’t very long this is still a form of cardio don’t overwork yourself
