I did chest to floor burpees this time but didn’t use dumbbells, that was tough enough when trying to get back to my pre holiday fitness level on a hot day! This is a great work out. I really appreciate these TH-cam workouts, thank you Joe x

Note for next time, do squat jumps at the start and use dumbbells on the squats. I did do chest to floor burpees though! I like it when it’s 40/20 and I’m not on my own for 5 or 10 secs. Thanks so much Joe x

This is great. Max out on every exercise to get perfect hardcore workout.
Fan bloody tastic. Borderline very tough but able to do without extra rest.
Did again. Yes, I'm knackered and breathing hard, but I didn't lose form throughout and even added an extra few squats and 1 burpee at the end.
