    Ok, this was tough towards the end, but no where near as tough as when I've done this before? Why? Possibly because I mix this up with your other workouts all week Joe. That must mean you're still getting me fitter! Couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Joe.

    These at home HIIT workouts are the best. They are everything you need to keep yourself in shape when you work all day and dont have time for a gym. I also take care of my diet by using personalized meal plan that I found on Next Level Diet.
