I too was feeling a bit stressed and a workout always takes your mind off things for a while!

I dont understand how people like you Mr Wicke get a MBE yet 1000s of our nhs nurses and staff get nothing! How sad is this when those who save lifes daily are forgotten in society yet someone putting a work out on TH-cam get MBE from Queen. I will never understand how this is fair.

I did this after a run so switched some of the more cardio for a weight move . Thank you I love these as can afford a gym and these keep me motivated
