    I've done your 90 day plan and grad plan and currently started your app having lost my mojo after I finished the grad plan. Come back to TH-cam to add a bit more variety and this one will be added to the 'short of time' workouts I can squeeze in. Thanks for keeping up with the TH-cam videos too. I too was feeling a bit stressed and a workout always takes your mind off things for a while!

    I did this after a run so switched some of the more cardio for a weight move . Thank you I love these as can afford a gym and these keep me motivated

    1st time doing this today and I loved it, although I may have sworn at you a couple of times 🙂. Really tough finish with a lunge jumps and chest to floor burpee but feel great now. Thanks for continuing to share the free content every week - you are so kind.

    I dont understand how people like you Mr Wicke get a MBE yet 1000s of our nhs nurses and staff get nothing! How sad is this when those who save lifes daily are forgotten in society yet someone putting a work out on TH-cam get MBE from Queen. I will never understand how this is fair.
