THANK U SO MUCH THIS POOL CONCEPT FINALLY EXPLAINS WHY SOMETIMES I HAVE TERRIBLE REACTIONS AND SOMETIMES I DONT

I noticed that in the winter months I can eat many more foods...This spring the pollen is particularly bad and I began reacting to everything and having debilitating reactions physically. I had to cut many foods from my diet and it's only been a week but I think the symptoms are subsiding a little...so grateful for this information and the fact that I can listen to my body. It's not easy cutting back so many foods but if you want to feel good...it's key.

I have a 7 yr old Dtr with SIBO and IMO, as per 2 breath tests & only after nearly a year of trying out treatments and diets am I seeing a relationship between higher histamine foods and her symptoms. I LITERALLY THANK GOD FOR YOU DR. DINEZZA. Your dedication to helping us is the only light sometimes in our at times very dark tunnel. 🙏🏼

I just orderd 6 kilo of royal green coco oil.. its the only fat i can handle😅. I got colitis, leaky gut and get massive brainfog and hypertension from all histamine foods etc. Ur a breath of fresh air in the holistic sector nicole. Bless you. Ps. I lovr chocospread❤🙈

OMG I didn't realize coconut oil could cause leaky gut. I must use like 2-3 Tbsp when cooking my eggs in the morning. Thinking, oh this is a healthy saturated fat, it's organic... someone just tipped another sacred cow!

Is there a video linking SIBO to histamine problems??? Many important foods are histamine liberators or histamine rich; hate to give up the nutrition......unless it's temporary

I developed histamine intolerance after getting treated for methane sibo. Sibo is neg now but so much histamine intolerance and belching. I am wondering which probiotics will help me. Thx.

    • @gmartinez5295

My dtr has SIBO and IMO. Unclear as to what her numbers are now but probiotics have helped- look for low to no histamine releasing probiotics. Also her Functional MD wants to try her on Cromolyn, to help stabilize her mast cells and therefore reduce their capacity to degranulate and release their histamine which causes further cascades and therefore symptoms. May be something for you to ask your provider about

Have had worse problems in the few weeks since I got back on my low carb diet (successfully, btw). Does the process of losing weight trigger things at all? I was also drinking milk thistle and peppermint tea and wondering if that does anything awful. I am finding very useful things from your videos. thanks.

My histamine intolerance got worse once i cut most carbs and sugar and fast food. It seems like my body didn't like that. I am hoping that overtime will change.
