    1) How soon after total laproscopic hysterectomy can I use my total body vibration machine? 2) Also, should I use any particular mode over another initially (oscillation, pulsation, lateral)?

I have had a lap hysterectomy 2 months back. My uterus and cervix are removed. Thankfully, I have had a good recovery period and feel no discomfort in my abdominal area. My problem is that I'm suffering from low back pain ,for which I need to fall back on painkillers. Pls guide.

If you have been seen by your doctor and have no other major issues causing the back pain, most likely you need some strengthening of your abdominal and back muscles to support your spine better! Have you seen a physical therapist?

😢 now watching this breaks my heart. My uterus had no major problems 😔. My pathology result showed only 2 small polyps. I should have a hysteroscopy with a biopsy before.

I have polyp the best way is surgery removal of uterus cause it can multiple when it comes back.

I just had two 18 cm fibroids and total hysterectomy 3 days ago. I didn't do anything prior to surgery because of a lot of bleeding. I immediately felt better just pain on incision.
