    I was infected in July and haven’t felt that great since. Yoga has always helped me process my emotions and what is going on in my body. The idea came into my head to see if there are any specific poses that help with long Covid recovery, and this is how I found your video. I already feel a lot better, and look forward to reaping the benefits with continued practice. Thank you and namaste!

    Thank you so much for this practice. I used to practice intense yoga every morning. Post-infection I have not been able to muster the energy. I'd be able to do decent flow for a few days. I have only focused on breathwork most days. I had almost given up. This flow felt active. It felt positive. I cannot thank you enough for choreographing this flow.

    thanks for your research and help! I have experienced shortness of breath, fatigue, and poor blood flow every day. I hope I can recover after doing this practice regularly...

    2nd time with co vid...Im 73 and also teach/ love yoga...needed direction on started back slowly...this time I was readlly sick and have a lung disease ...
