    Can’t believe I got COVID after three years of being so safe. I’m 72 and been doing yoga since my 30s. I’m so grateful to have found the pranayama challenges and have been doing them for several months. I really believe that this practice increased my lung capacity and helped me stay out of the hospital. Thank you for this practice. I feel strong enough now that fever has broken to participate. Your yoga videos are a blessing. Thank you so much.

    Absolutely perfect! Before covid, I worked out 5 days a week. Recovering from covid, I felt so lathargic and achey all over! This is what I needed💖Thank you and God bless😊

    I was super afraid of what would happen when I finally caught covid- that I wouldn't yoga for days and days and when I came out the other end my daily habit would be broken to bits. As long as I don't get incredibly ill I think I can keep up this nice soothing practice to maintain my daily routine. Lovely. Thank you:)

    Today is my first day back to yoga after 10 days of Covid. This was perfect, stretching all those muscles that became tense after laying around. The vibrations were great for clearing the head. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️

    I tested positive for covid 2 days ago and had severe body aches, especially in my legs, and tightness in the left side of my back chest. This has relaxed me and reconnected me to my body. Thank you so much

    Thank you so much, this was the perfect gentle re-introduction. I had only just started doing yoga again after years away from it, but I had struggled to keep with it in my daily routine, then I got Covid-19 and have been so sick for a week! Today is the first day I have felt able to get out of bed, and I felt that a gentle yoga routine would be an ideal way to get my body moving again and open up my lungs - your video was absolutely perfect for this and eased all the achey joints without overdoing it. I’ll definitely subscribe and try other videos as I recover more fully and bring yoga practice back into my daily life. Namaste 🥰

    🙏 namaste. I've been learning a bit about yoga and recently I started to practice. I tested positive for covid and I was really sick yesterday(8/28) I did the full session and today I woke up with barely any symptoms. I am forever in debt with you. I'm glad I found your channel so I can learn and practice yoga with you

    Thank you so much Bharti, I've been doing yoga since 2018 and I can't believe today for the first time I learnt why humming chant is so beneficial; I had never pressed the flaps of ears before so couldn't feel the vibration from within my scull. This is such a miraculous experience, wow. I believe it has a very therapeutic effect and even after the first time of practice, I truly felt the change. THANK YOU and keep up the great work 💗

    Starting today. Got Covid negative after 10 days on 19 May. But I still feel weak and have a bit of breathlessness. I hope this yoga will help. I used to do 150 push-ups a day but now all the stamina is gone. I really want my everyday life back.

    Thank you for creating a post Covid exercise. When I had Covid last week it felt like the worst flu. Fever, congestion, body aches, loss of smell you name it. Luckily my body began to recover quickly and I tested negative by day 6, however I am now struggling with post- Covid symptoms like sinus pressure and brainfog. The brainfog caused me to have a bit of anxiety the last couple of days but this breathing technique really helped me calm down. I will continue this yoga exercise for the next few weeks to help my body recover.

    Thank you so much it is helping a lot! This is my day 4 with C and it is great for mild cases. I will do this in the morning and in the evening untill I will feel stronger for more demanding asanas.

      @@BhartiYoga Hello, thank you again for this gentle yoga and pranayama sequence. Now this is my 12th day and It is my first day I can go out for a walk :) I am recovering and your video practice helped me a lot physically and mentally. I did stick to practice even if I felt weak and was sweating, I just made as many breaks I needed. It was very calming to see your face and listen to your voice in home isolation. I modified a bit, I used block for head supporting in some poses and in camel pose I used a roller under feet to lift up hills. After this few days I can bend more in butterfly pose and wide-angle seated forward bend and I had always problem with that before. Thank you .......

      @@BhartiYoga had a bad bout of sore throat and lost my voice 10 days ago for a day..not tested for covid as this was before the recent spike. Could be any of the viruses in the air. No fever or body ache though

    this is way too fast. Barely had time to change the poses, considering I'm supposed to be doing this for covid healing
