    I was 67 kilos now im 58 affter doing this exercise 2 times a day and a walk of 30 minutes... I find this result only 21 days. Now I decide myself to reduce my weight at 52 kg.. Plz pray for me...😊😊

      ​@@Rabiathulartyuph, if you want maximal look I prefer you avoiding fast food, fried food and snacks that has to many sugar. It's been a while I do it but I think I should start it again.

    Comecei hj, dia 14/03, vou atualizando os dias aqui
    Dia 02, aula completa, deu pra sentir bastante a barriga e as costas😁
    Dia 03, devido algumas notícias pessoais, não consegui concluir a aula 100%, mas tá pago
    Dia 04, e mais notícias ruins, mas não me deixei abalar, dei meu melhor. Esse exercício tá pegando bastante braços e costas também, já me olho no espelho e consigo ver a redução das gordurinhas
    Dia 05, estou ficando bem mais satisfeita com meu corpo, 5 dias seguido fazendo essa aula e já consigo ver bastante diferença no meu corpo. Na vdd estou a 1 mês fazendo aulas de zumba, e desde q encontrei essa, é onde mais vejo resultado
    Dia 06, mais animada com as aulas do que nunca. Estou feliz demais, vendo os resultados em meu corpo, tenho muita facilidade em perder gordura e por isso tenho resultados mais rápido. Você que não tem, não desiste manda!! Simbora, botar botar essa gordura pra sairrrrr!!!
    Dia 07, desafio concluído!!!! Sensação de dever comprido. Graças a essas aulas recuperei minha auto estima. Agora estarei a continuar a fazer essa aula e mais outras, e ainda algum exercício físico para completar!!!

    This isn't a proper update but anyway I'll leave my results after using this since end of April, which means after 3 months.
    I started doing this exercise when I weighted nearly 82kg. I'm 170cm and was chubby actually. Then I started doing this daily with some food control. But nothing like a diet plan. I just reduced my intakes and but always had 3 meals per day. That wasn't very rough or exhausted because I ate what I like but made sure to follow this everyday. By " I ate what I like" I meant that though I ate my favourites, it was a small amount.
    And now after three months my body is much more relaxed and I've reduced nearly 5-7 kg permanently. Idk why but my change is so visible too. Istg I just followed this 12min video everyday and that's it! And still I keep doing this and eat whatever I like but a small amount and have 3 meals a day!!
    I guess I'll lose more after doing this..
    If someone is looking to have a healthy weight and can't go on strict diets and exercise ig this is the best GOOD LUCK FOR ANYONE WHO FOUND THIS MOTIVATIONAL AND USEFUL

      ​@@deepachhetri9058 u should strictly follow this video two time per day (in early morning and before sleep. Control calories in each meal with healthy food. I reduced from 55kg to 48 in a month. Mostly my belly

    This work-out is really works I was doing this exercise twice a day. My belly fat was 26 inches after one month now it,s 22 inches. Those who doing this exercise don,t give up your goals one day you achieved which you want.

    Hi everyone I started with this video this morning 10.10.2023 will be doing this twice a day. And a 2km jogging/walking with a 1 meal diet plan. I have been 89kg now 86kg struggling to break the 86kg mark so with this video in place I would like to see a big difference.will keep you guys posted. End of this month.

    Super effective, less time consuming and not taxing at all with quick results.. I hv lost 8 kg in 3 months.. I stopped after that but I hv again started as my target was to loose 15 kg 😀😀

      @@sarayu737 only these excercises for 1 hour, different different challenges she has uploaded… no diet plan since I m breastfeeding mother so can’t compromise with my child’s health. Took few steps like eating oats in breakfast and green tea every now and then that’s it..

      @@Mansi733 I had normal delivery.. even then I started these excursuses 6 months post deleivery.. for knowing right time to start physical excersise you better ask your doctor.. then go for it.. for sure these moves will move each and every bit of your body

    I’ve started your Zumba sessions when I was 71kgs. Couldn’t follow everyday but doing it 3 days in a week and I had lost 7kgs in 3.5 months only. I’ve not followed any particular video of yours but played random video from your channel so that, every day I can do something new.
    I will soon restart this because still I wanted to loose 5 kgs more.
    And the best part is that I didn’t gain again when I stopped for few months. I hope I will shed my postpartum weight soon and I know that you will not reply on any comment but still the best wishes and much love to you MIRA ❤

    Day 3: 80.85 kg
    Doing 1ce in a day for 2 days.
    3rd day trying to do twice in a day
    Day 7: no change in weight, but feel light.
    Consistency is important. I will follow the dance and also chewing food now.
    I will keep updated.

    Thankyou so much.. I don't think it worked out fine in 7 days.. but gradually I found the difference. I have been doing it for 2 months.. My belly fat has almost gone... My weight just got reduced by 1.5kg only but my waist line got slimmer.. May be I have to reduce my calorie intake😂. Now my body looks so great 😍

    I think this the best jumba exercise of all that are in youtube...
    Everyday i play this video 2 times 24 min. Its really the best.. I reduce my weight a lot.. You can try everyday in morning empty stomach then add a pice of lemon in warm water and drink it in 3 breath.

    Wczoraj zaczęłam wyzwanie, 2 dni za mną, było ciężko, czesto robilam krotkie przerwy, ale dzisiaj juz dalam rade pociągnąć cale 12 minut, lekkie zakwasy, ale nie jest źle, poczatek najtrudniejszy, potem cwiczenia sa lżejsze, zaczynam z waga 98kg, brzuch wielki i duzo kilogramow po ciąży, zobaczymy jak mi pojdzie i ile schudne. Do tego staram sie robic jeszcze z nia jakies cwiczenia z aerobiku, ale daje rade tylko 15 minit, bo lapie kolka, a biegajace dzieci wokol nog niebulatwiaja, będę pisac o postępach:)

      Minęły 2 tygodnie, przez pierwsze 4 dni ćwiczyłam codziennie potem potrzebowalam dnia przerwy, ponieważ wszystko mnie tak bolało i byłam tak słaba, że nie moglam ćwiczyć, nawet piersi:/ Od tego czasu ćwiczę co 2 dzień, nie mam na razie dostepu do wagi, ale jakby brzuch był lekko mniejszy co zauważyli inni i ubrania sa luźniejsze. Do tego cellulit sie zmniejszyl, smaruje się jeszcze kremami nawilzajacymi i peeling ciala 1 w tygodniu. Co do diety to mi ciężko sie pilnować, ale mini efekty sa, mam duza nadwage, wiec pewnie troche czasu zejdzie,ale jakby przypilnowac sie z dieta to pewnie szybko bylyby cudne efekty.

      @@sreebala2066 yes..it's true..i wash download mostly of her aerobic and i do exercise every morning before i eat my breakfast and doing my job....depending on my time...if my time longer then i'll choose the video more longer of the duration...and if my time shorter i'll choose the video shorter one....to me doing exercise the mean thing is regulary doesn't matter about the time....at least 1 week about 150 minutes....

      @@sreebala2066 actually i was on calories diet at the same time i do exercise everymorning...sometime i did again in the evening...but mostly only in the morning.and after 4 month i lost my weigh about 10 kg...doing workout and diet must do together ....is very hard actually but after few week you will feel much more comfortable on your body....everything need to be consistent....doing workout everyday but if we still eat unhealthy food the result also not so affectif ...accounting calories in take...eat healthy food and doing exercise at least 5 times per week....it will can get good result . especially during pandemic as now...we need strong body and strong immune ....did you know why i love so much mira's aerobic?Because the step very easy to follow ,the movement is so awesome..we can really enjoyful and have fun when do exercise and then after done...we will much more energic..feel so good.. happy and all the stress gone....i feel like still young 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 she how's mira moving so full of energic and when see her smile...can make me even more excited doing exercise.....

    I've gone through several videos of weight loss since 4 years but couldn't do complete even one. I never commented also on any video but yes now i am doing so that y'all keep me motivating to do so.     Day1: ✔️ I thought it was going to be difficult, but to my surprise it's very easy . I'm very lazy when it comes to workout but this was fun .
    Missed day 2 and 3 I had to get my prp done do wasn't able to do it , but with this I'm doing walk for an hour 12 mins arm toning exercise and and 8 min back toning exercise.
    So day 4 : done ✔️, wasn't difficult but it was big task because I get lazy .but being honest it felt good after completing it
