  • Time for a Total Body Pilates Workout! This HIIT fusion workout includes a series of Pilates inspired exercises that are great for toning and creating lean muscle, improving mobility and flexibility and will even get that heart rate up and have you breaking a sweat! This low impact, no jumping workout requires no equipment and there are no repeats so we will keep that body guessing. Follow along!

    Usually I prefer the HIIT or strength workouts but from time to time I absolutely love Heather's pilates, barre or yoga trainings!

    I’m used to HIIT or Tabata, was looking for something different this morning & found your video…… I’m sooooooo excited! It’s so perfect in so many levels - No repeat !!!! Less intense than cardio HIIT but yet I still feel all the strength training this is amazing!

    I’m 15 yrs old, this is the first day EVER I do pilates (or a full body exercise in general)!
    I completed about 20 minutes and I didn’t make it to 30 bcs I got really tired, but hopefully tomorrow I’ll do better 💪

    It was the first time I tried out these exercises. I love the smooth change between the exercises and that there are always 10 sec of rest where I can prepare, so I do not have to worry to miss time. I would like to have these 10 sec also after the 30 sec of rest. I loved the cool down, but it could have been longer (although one is able to extend it by yourself). Thank you!

    I have done your 12 week 3 times, your glow up, and others. THIS was one of the hardest ones for me! I needed this workout more than I thought. Things get tight and ignored. It was simple and challenging and focused. It hit all the things that get overlooked with higher intensity stuff and just my weak points (hips, pelvic floor, medial glutes). Who needs PT? Thank you!!!!!!

    With all of the weight training I do, it amazes me how challenging this is for me. I used to think Pilates was a joke, clearly not!       The muscles you’re using are different than the ones you use with your weights- unless you’re doing the same movements in the video with weights, then that’s a different story.

    Just completed my first ever pilates workout 😊 Didn't need any extra break and did all the exercises without stopping... I'm proud of me 🥰 keep in mind that i'm used to hiit workout ! So it wasn't really hard but i totally enjoyed it. I felt so peaceful and graceful 🦋💜

    Oh my! I LOVE this one!!! I really adore everything about your channel. I love that you go over the format real quick at the beginning, I love that you show the UPCOMING exercise the entire time during the break periods, and I love that there is NO speaking during the workout! It's perfect for me! You are my go-to workout. I also love the variety: legs, arm, abs, pilates, barre, booty, strength, etc. I also am glad to see some shorter workouts...sometimes my day can only hold a few minutes for exercise and these are perfect.

    OMG I have never done a work-out just 30 mins long that hard, this work-out burned all my body. I'm feeling super great right now. Always love your pilates hiit

    Did I stop at 20 minutes? Yes. Do I feel guilty? Yep :( . But was it the right thing to do? Yes.
    I haven’t worked out in ages, so if you’re like me, you need to remember to listen to your body and know when it’s enough. Even if it means you don’t finish it, but you come back in a month and complete it with ease🧡

      I've been only doing this for 2 days in the morning and i really felt guilty the first time cuz i stopped so many times in the middle (and i actually felt throwing up right after cuz i really forced myself out of guilt), and the next day i quickly felt the improvement in my stamina. thank you so much for these inspiring words

    it's so harder than i expected but i loved it ! i used to do so many cardio and weight training and calisthenics. this year i am going to do Pilates or yoga only coz my body is so tired if these masculine workouts. i am done with them!

    This workout is amazing. I started from 0. 10 days ago I couldn't reach the first rest. Today, I reached exercises after second rest.
    But that triceps press seems as if I am doing it wrong. I can do only 2 proper triceps press.
    Anyone else following this workout?

    Absolutely amazing! I love all of your videos. You have such great form so set a great example, and I love that there’s music and not instruction so I can focus better. I can see where this might make it tough for newbies but I love it

    I love your workout videos! The no repeat are my favorites and I was so excited to find this Pilates/HIIT fusion. It was a welcome change from the weights and cardio - its felt great to switch things up and got me excited to workout again. Thanks for the great content!

    Usually I don't leave comments under your videos but I have been following you for a while now and I just wanna say: thank you so much for your work. I used to do lots of HIIT but due to my knee tendinitis I can't work out too much. Your pilates HIIT, tho, is just what I need to sweat without breaking my joints. Thank you so so much 🤍 thanks to you, I've learned to really appreciate working out and not just bc I get a nice booty or toned arms. Thank you ✨
