Was angry/sad/depressed when I got home. This workout came up randomly so I went for it. Rocking sets that I just loved because I needed to put everything into it and got a lot back. Seems that moving and working the body solves a lot of problems. So healing too. Can't thank you enough Heather. I must keep reminding myself to see the changes from these workouts, I absolutely need a bit of discipline in the intake of my food that does not help with burning the excess fat.
