Love it! Playlist is great, and challenging but not too tough workout for beginners! Just got back to exercising after an injury and this fits the bill thank you!!!!

@@hewigaurav yeh else the muscle groups get confused and won’t build so pointless doing them !! But number one is nutrition get that right and you’re winning ! I work out 7 days a week 6 training and 3 of these and extend it to 30 mins it’s all good!

I think it is to show her form as she’s doing the workout. To show how to do the workout effectively and correctly. The angle is showing how far apart her legs are, how her knees don’t over extend so she doesn’t injure herself.
