You have to repeat it’s all about consistency the same as in strength training

@@hewigaurav yeh else the muscle groups get confused and won’t build so pointless doing them !! But number one is nutrition get that right and you’re winning ! I work out 7 days a week 6 training and 3 of these and extend it to 30 mins it’s all good!

Wonderful workout, the girl is beautiful but why do you have to focus on showing certain parts of the body?? Instead of showing the workout
I think it is to show her form as she’s doing the workout.
To show how to do the workout effectively and correctly.
The angle is showing how far apart her legs are, how her knees don’t over extend so she doesn’t injure herself.
