This must be the most productive way to spend 20 mins. I did X jumps on the squat jacks felt the burn so much and felt strong afterwards. I always want to dance about after this one

Only the timer is "tabata". Dr. Tabata developed a specific regimen, which is missing here. However, at least these exercises incorporate a short, timed sequence of cardio exercises instead of steady- state endurance exercises.
505 reps, on exercises like mountain climbers, bicycles and shuffles I counted every second rep as 1.

What’s the difference between tabata and hitt
Tabata is 20 seconds and hiit is mostly 40 to 60 seconds :)
