    MAN PHEW IM BACK BABY!!! not sure how I just saw this one from 9mo ago. I’ve missed my HIIT workout group for couple years. This felt like those days. HUGE THANK YOU ALL YALLS HARD WORK PUTTING OUT THESE. The music was on fire here helped me push thru. And THANKS for that cool down at end. Perfect. ❤

    Great workout! Love the count down and beeping cues. This especially helps when many of these exercises are done with the head looking down to the floor. Very upbeat music too. First rate. 🥇

    Out of all the workouts, this was the one that got me sweaty the most 🙂, it was when I looked up at you guys when my breathing was heaviest and saw none of you struggling that I realized I could be in better shape 😂

    Will share update
    1st day: done🥵 tough
    2nd day: done.... I could do almost all the exercises!...
    3rd day: Done
    4th day: Done and dead🍓😭
    5th day: done❤️... But i'm feeling more at ease while doing this....
    and i just noticed my belly muscle started to become harder😇
    6 th day: A full rest day
    7 th Day: finished...enjoying the musics😇
    Came back after a long sickness, i'll keep updating unless i achieve the goal 😊
    8th day: it felt a little bit difficult but glad i could come back❤️
    9 th day: done
    10 th day: done
    Again on sick leave of 1month☹️
    Started after 35 -40days again!😊
    Another week done
    Doing fat ab pilate with this one.. My goal is to achieve a flat ab and loose some weight.

    하 피티를 끊고 6개월을했는데 술을 너무 좋아하는지라 매주 평일잘지키다 토욜,일욜 술먹고 담날해장한다고 뭐시켜먹고.. 하다보니 제자리걸음했는데요 ㅠㅠ 그래서 피티가 중요한게아이라 마음가짐?이 먼저인거같애서... 133킬로입니다 막 여기저기 찌기보단 가슴둘래 배 허벅지 얼굴턱쪽 거희 몰려있는데요 ㅠ 이거보도 2~3달간 아침저녁 해보겠습니다 지금 일쉬는동안 살빼고 일구할라고 쉬고있는데 2~3개월동안 딱 100찍어 보겠습니다 술도끊고 식단도 지켜가며.. 내년 5월쯤 결혼예정이라.. 3개월동안 아침,저녁하면 가능할련진 모르긋다만 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 하 다여트 넘나 괴로운거..

    wonderful workout session... i had to take 3-4 breaks in between, however considering first day of tabata. still i could complete the whole workout.... hope i will be able to do the complete workout along with u guys in 20 mins 💪💪💪

    이거 마지막 동작 조심하셔야해요 ㅠㅠ 저 마지막 점프하다가 발목 제대로 접질러서 인대나가서 깁스중이네요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 최대한 마지막동작은 점프 덜하시던지 점프스쿼트로 하는게 나을 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ운동 효과는 대단한데 ㅠㅠ
