Yes! Heather is the best trainer) I have never done cardio, I have never done so long, and I have never felt my body as it is now, my whole body, not just legs and buttocks, and this is very good and cool!
I like no repeats occasionally. If I don't get it right the first time, I like that there is 2 or 3 rounds to perfect my form. Switching it up with no repeats can be enjoyable with the right sets of exercise- which Heather does. Love it no matter what she does! There's always a tomorrow to do something different! I feel like Heather is my sister that pushes me to be my best! I have been doing her workouts for that past 5 weeks and it’s improved my confidence, agility, lost weight and feel happy. Thanks so much. During last 18 mths have dropped 2 sizes, reversed diabetes and got oh so fit through your weighted HIIT added to my running, Pilates and yoga. It’s the magic bullet for me. People comment I’m getting younger not older....

There are some excellent HIIT workouts on TH-cam, but these might be the best I’ve tried so far (definitely among the hardest). Love the variety. For those who haven’t tried it, HIIT is legit! I stopped running due to knee pain and started doing HIIT workouts periodically instead. No more pain, I’m way more fit, and when I get out and do things I really like to do (ski and hike) I can crush it. Can’t recommended them highly enough. These workouts will kick your a$$, but you will feel amazing and accomplished after.
Due to injury I can't lift weights yet. I still need about 4 more weeks. Yoir low impact no weight workouts have kept me on track with my weight loss! I am at my goal weight 💪 because of your variety of workouts. Thank you. Ever thought about a walking hit workout? I like to do those when i need additional daily steps
Happy Monday! I am crying tears of joy because I was able to finish this workout without shoulder/neck pain. I did something to myself in June that put me out for your workouts until today. I had to modify a few things and went a little lighter with the dumbbells but I got it ✔️ Thank you ❤️
I really love that no-repeat format! It’s always been a mental hurdle for me to get through a tough set only to know I’m going to have to do it all again. Love that after each set I can say to myself, “That was hard but you made it through and you won’t have to do that again.” 😊

As soon as the first song started I was in my happy place. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!!! SO GOOOOD! Helpful Hint Crab Dance: pointing your fingers either toward your toes or to the sides is less strain on the ulna and the surrounding ligaments and tendons. Makes the movement less uncomfortable... I didn't say easy though LOL!!
