@@eumorphiaartemiou5748 Theres a lot of pushups in this workout and since I'm a beginner and can't do full pushups yet, i'd say its not for beginners haha. But there are the modified versions that I followed for some of the workouts and i think they work pretty well. I'm aiming to be able to do full pushups by the end of this year. Wish me luck!
@@meixuanler3535 Yeah this is more of an advanced workout. I tried it today and could not complete it. It was my first time weight training in a long time. I definitely need to find a beginner workout.
Thought is should check in - I've been doing this just 1-2 times a week and seen fantastic results :) I know it would be better if I could do it more but even at this I can see muscle building in my abs and arms specifically. Stick with it!

I loved this workout! The only thing I would recommend to anyone trying this is to warm up yourself before you start. The warm up is practically a workout in itself on this vid 😂

Please bring Ingrid back!! This workout is a staple and I've even started doing it with friends. We love the intensity. Serious sweat session and so easy to make harder by just increasing weight and speed. More please!!!
It was hella tough. I have sweated in places I’ve never sweated before like MY KNEES!? I can’t believe it. Sometimes I did the modified version, some other times the regular one. It depends on you. As others pointed out, it was a bit hard to follow bc you had little time to understand the exercise and do it. But this actually helped in focusing 100% and never lose it: it takes you out of your comfort zone you ain’t got no time to think!! Just do it!! And when you believe you’re done and you can’t hold it anymore, the instructor brings out that motivation kick that makes you carry on. I recommend it 👌🏻

Finally a great normal total body routine I would *actually* incorporate into my workout plan/ schema...! More workouts like this one with compound moves (longer total body with no weird equipment , no dancing) PLEASE!
Excellent, quick but intense HIIT strength work out, really a bang for your time. I will most def add this to my rotation, especially on busy days. Trainer has a balanced and positive energy without even trying too hard. HIIT format does not allow time to elaborate on form, but aims to quickly transition from one to another move and keep the heart rate elevated so the criticisms are a bit unfair. I liked her vibe , her strong, extremely fit body is a healthy inspiration for a lot of naturally thicker built girls out there. This is an intermediate level workout w 8 or 10 pound dumbbells, probably more suitable for a moderately seasoned exerciser. Would like to see more of similar HIIT strength routines this year from you, guys.

This workout is amazing! I love working out but get bored easily. Most workout videos online are not challenging, and I spend a lot of time adding strength training and plyometrics. Not this workout! I just put it on and let it kick my ass! Amazing. Ingrid is so inspiring, so much passion and discipline.

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! More please!! When I fist tried it I hated it. Thought it was too hard and trainer went too fast. I encourage everyone who feels that way to try it again with lighter weights than they normally use. Now, it's my favorite. I am able to slowly add weight (from 8lb. To 15lb) and I do this exact workout at least four times a week. You can do it!!
How many calories it burn?

I've been doing this workout for about 6 weeks and I've seen awesome results! Please do more weight training videos.
I'll admit this workout completely killed me. Right now I only workout 2x every week and I'm trying to increase that gradually. I tried sticking with the advanced and wow did I feel that afterwards. This is one of the toughest I've had to do, considering I'm more of a runner, but I would so recommend this to others! These girls are absolute warriors!

I HATED this workout
Meaning that this was an AMAZING workout. I haven't been pushed this hard in a while. Definatly doing this workout again. Burned about 300 calories (even more during resting period) and toned/ strengthend my body THANK YOU!!!

I've been doing this workout for a couple months now on days when I can't make it to the gym. It's an excellent full body workout! Ingrid is an amazing instructor and such an inspiration because she is so strong! I didn't realize until reading the comments that it may be best suited for folks who can pick up combinations fast and who already have a sense of what their form should be doing basic exercises like lunges, squats, push-ups, etc. If that's not the case for you, i think you might have to pause and rewind and pay close attention to how the exercises are being done. But if you already have that basic knowledge, jump in and get a great workout!!!!
I love this workout. Not enough weighted strength training out there that’s really fun. I’ve been doing it twice a week, and I always feel so strong afterwards.

I don't ever comment of videos but this workout is one of the best home workouts I've ever done! I feel like I'm at an intermediate fitness level and this one had me sweating and the instructor was great motivation to try and keep going. Thank you and more workouts like this please!!!
This is my first time watching popsugar, and I was amazed by the intensity of the workout, no matter how easy it looked, they are really positive and motivating, and are always engaged with the audience, and it makes all of your muscles burn, 24/7. I can't wait to workout with this video again!

THIS WAS KILLER!!! Such a great workout! I really loved the tricep combos...of all the times I've done tricep exercises I've never combined them like this! Also not totality sure what people in the comments were saying about her not "explaining" I didn't have any trouble following and found it straight forward and easy to follow! Love Ingrid's energy!!!

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
This was really good!! I never normally try these youtube workouts, but this kept me going. The trainer is motivating without being the slightest bit irritating, which is always difficult to find. I tried using 2 x 10lb weights and it was pretty hard, worked up a good sweat
I almost didn't do this workout because I read all the comments about it being hard to follow, but I'm so glad I did. I thought it was excellent. I loved the combinations of moves so you were hitting multiple groups of muscles with each move -- it felt very efficient. Personally, I felt the moves were slow and controlled enough that it wasn't hard to follow/understand at all. My point being -- give it a shot. Great workout.

I really enjoyed this workout...which is rare for a beginner like me. Loved how relatable Ingrid and others were when it came to the challenging exercises...usually trainers give off this "super human" energy which can be very discouraging.

Omg! This workout was a challenge BUT I really enjoyed the diversity in moves and positions. Each round came with a little surprise to jolt you from the typical arm routines. Trust me, this will spice up your routine if you've hit plateau on your old ones. YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU GOT IT, GIRL!!

This is an excellent full-body workout that addresses arms, legs, and core! Love how it elevated my heart rate a bit even though it's not technically a cardio workout. Love that she slipped in a few cardio reps in each circuit. The workout was challenging but fun, and loved Ingrid's positive energy. I will definitely save this workout to repeat until I can master all the moves with heavy weights.

This is the challenge and intensity I was looking for. This workout really pushed me past my comfort zones. I found some of the movements tricky to follow so I went with the moderations then came but up. I'm happy I made it through the end. I think Ingrid broke me more than Nicole Steen in this workout- and NICOLE IS A QUEEN BEAST lol. Thank you Ingrid.❤
Wow wow!! I have been doing pop sugar videos for a few months now and decided to change my videos on rotation. This one just kicked my butt, like if I haven’t been working out at all. I was feeling so strong but now I feel like I can’t even catch up. I hope it’s only because it was my first time doing it bc it did make me feel a bit discouraged. Any who great workout!!!
One of the best weight training videos I've done, particularly after fracturing my 2nd metatarsal in 3 places after intense plank jacks in OrangeTheory. I am "re-habbing" with ability about 80% and the modifications in this one are truly helpful. This was a deceptively HARD workout!

A good strength training workout, especially for the upper body. Mostly feel the work in my arms. Finish it with a 10 min booty\leg isolation and you're good to go!
I love strength workout! For some reason everytime I do HIIT i’m in great pain in the lower abdomen for a while and feel sick so this kind of thing is the only workout I can do without feeling like my stomach is ripping apart!

I read the comments and I assumed everyone was overreacting. Oh baby no !!!!! this workout was hard but I have found my new daily strength workout !. I was surprised how strong I've become over these past 7 years .
I only have a pair of 15 pound dumbbells and this is an amazing and hard workout that definitely pushes me to my limits! I am too cheap to buy more dumbbells right now lol
I just did this workout and burnt about 250 calories. It was so hard. Ive been doing Anna's workouts for a very long time and this video is definitely significantly more challenging compared to hers. I had to modify for a lot of the video! Definitely an amazing full body burner!
