    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, that you do a lot of standing workouts! As a member of the over 50 population doing the workouts is often challenging enough without having to constantly transition to and from the floor! Great job!

    I'm 37 weeks pregnant and it's so hard to find challenging workouts that don't require a bunch of modifications. I did staggered squats instead of reverse lunges and modified the twists with standing/weighted transverse abs. Thanks!!

    Your workouts are THE BEST I have found!! For a few reasons, they are easy to follow along, and you demonstrate the exercise before you begin and allow enough time to practice it. AMAZING!! I have avoided weight training for so many years, but now these videos have me lifting weights 3x a week!! That says a lot for someone who has mostly done cardio for decades. THANK YOU!!!!

    Thank you for this! I prefer standing workouts due to lower back disc & hip joint issues. This workout is so good for me bc it's effective work on all large muscle groups without risking or ignoring vulnerable areas. Good sweat and heart rate. Very challenging, very effective and very safe for me.

    I'm at 52 BMI and this is EXACTLY what I needed. None of the jumping and intensive stuff I find in others. This was my first time through but I only couldn't do 2 things and that's cause I have bad knees and lunges are tricky. I'll get it next time though. This is now my regular at home workout. Amazing vid!

    I absolutely loved your routine! You kept instructions simple, modeled first, led with careful intentions in a pace most mindful for this 64 year-old body! I keep trying the HIT style routines from other sources…but my body says…no, keep muscular training simple for joints! Looking forward to making this a regular routine not like my ‘hit and miss’ other dumbbell workouts….thank you!

    Stumbled on your channel 1/2 hr ago & then I dove right in! Wanted to do a short yoga practice 1st tho.     I love your channel! I love that you put your credentials in your channel. A lot of TH-camrs do not do that and they create channels but are not certified. I mean good for them but I just don’t feel like anyone should be teaching fitness to people without being certified. Just because you don’t want to injure people doing the wrong exercise and may not be for them. Just my opinion. Thank you for your workouts!

    Amazing. I've been working out at home mixing up, strength, yoga and dancing for cardio exercises. However, when it was my time to do weight training I had to go to my garage/exercise area. I even have a gym chair for leg extensions, but is after all s garage😕. I just discovered your channel and Love it! I get to stay in my main bedroom with my big screen my mat and voila!.. sweat a lot!..hr up to 160😱....burned 350 calories. Absolutely amazing. Can you tell us what part of our bodies we are working out?...you mentioned that but not always...you will be my 3 times a week weight training 👍😊

    Love standing workouts! I did this one today and it was perfect. Would love to see more full body, standing dumbbell videos - especially if there are some alternatives to lunges. I can squat and do side lunges but my knees just can’t get into forward or reverse lunge position very easily. Suggestions?

    I really enjoy your workouts. Perfect for me to do before tennis. I like the fairly easy intensity, that targets the full body. Your routines are energizing, simple, and well explained. I like the variety of length of your workouts and variety of targets. I would love a full routine with 5 minute warm-up, 45 full body and 10 minute stretch. I can cobble together your routines for a 60 minute routine, but one continuous workout one would be excellent! Thanks!

    Wow. This was my first time doing this, I upped my weights for most moves, and I can't believe how hard I worked. I'm not a big sweater but I'm drenched, and my heart rate is only usually this high on a run. Dang! Saving to come back to. Thank you!

    Whew!! I’m a new subscriber, have practiced a few of your shorter routines and just tried this one-I couldn’t make it all the way through a couple of the lunge exercises! I will keep trying though! Great for balance! I’m 70 and trying to keep strong for the young people in my life! I appreciate your instruction on form and the care you take in making sure your models are precise. Sometimes I wish I could see a couple of side views especially for squats.
