    Just did this workout, and I did *not* want to workout, but Rainer made the 30 minutes fly by and left me smiling, feeling proud of myself and little less depressed about the state of the world ;) No small feat. Thank you Rainer!

    His humour and energy is infectious! I love how he uses the rest periods to show us what is coming next so I don't lose seconds of the next slot trying to figure out what to do, but can just right into the exercise. He's fantastic and definitely one of my favourite popsugar trainers!

    I love Raneir! He takes things slow and makes the most of your muscle work. There's plenty of strength workouts out there that toss in cardio so it's nice to see videos that are pure strength work. Plus he makes strength training not feel so clinical....he makes me laugh the whole way through! That's a tough combination to find, and he is a fixture on my strength training days :-)

    I found your workouts on Popsugar at the beginning of US quarantine. I fought my way through your workouts, any i could find. Shared them with friends. Today, i sweat like i did in h.s. running track! I was able to keep up (kinda) and...TODAY...I did my first star jack! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! i followed up with your abs tabata and i'm still sweating as i type.     that forward lunge combo is the most challenging for me bc of the weights! but this has been on my regular rotation for years. raneir magic

    There is nothing better than a Raneir workout! I love the weights! He makes it so fun and the time goes by so quickly. It's very doable and I am sweating buckets after this workout. I think it's one of his best workouts! Raneir is the best and he makes my heart happy!

    There really is no better trainer than Raneir. His workouts push you but don’t kill you and they fly by. I thought we were maybe 20 mins in and he was moving into the cool down.

    Excellent class. Great training job. Very effective. Love how we don't have to move fast. Just as effective as all the other amped work outs with out the fear of possible injury with being off balance or not doing it right. Glad you take the time to make sure we are positioned correctly. Also some very creative moves. Thank you!

    Thanks for the FUN-OUT Raneir! Love that you talk about mind/body connection with physical activity.     RANEIR is an amazing trainer!!! I was stuck in a rut decided to try this, but he makes the work out so fun, even enjoyable with his positive, lively attitude, jokes lol . He has energy that comes off the screen into your room when you're doing this workout with him. I LOVED a couple of the moves including the transverse lunges, and one of the other compound exercises I used to find really boring and mundane. Thank you Raneir! I def feel better after /while doing your workout, keep em comin! :D

    I'm so happy I'm 16 and I've never been able to finish a workout video bc it wasnt for me or it was hard for me but this was so easy to follow. I feel so proud of myself for getting all through the video. I'm going to start working out from now on.
