  • I'm currently eating a carnivore based diet for part of the week and then switching to keto on the weekends. I call this ketovore and it seems to be moving the scale a bit faster and also feels really great to eat this way.
    I also included some drinks so that you can get some more ideas that help boost fat burning. I found matcha to be very tasty and when I'm carnivore I drink it without any sweetener but I enjoy it sweetened on the weekends when I'm keto.

    I have a cousin that I have missed so much for decades. I haven't seen her since she was a young child. I swear you totally could be her. Lol. She was just so sweet, cheerful and always happy and loving. I was 15 or 16 last time I saw her. Lol. Last I heard she lives in Texas. We called her lannie. I truly enjoyed watching you. I did keto for a long time. When my doctor found out he would just harp on me about how bad it was. I finally gave in and listened and I'm back to my original weight. He told me it's because I'm lazy and eat too much. Anywho....I fired him. I'm doing ketovore and lost almost 13 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Sorry for the book. Lol. I'm usually not a talker, more a lurker. Lol

I am also Ketovore but the throught of perhaps going Ketovoire on weekends only and doing strickt carnivore during the week is awesome.     For the turkey meatballs you could replace the almond flour with pork rinds. That will work.

      Almond flour is toxic as shit, I wouldn't recommend. You're better off eating gluten than oxalate-heavy foods.

      Most of the people can do ketovore just fine and eat littlebit lov garb vegetables and spices. I mean if you use couple garlic clove now and then and maby roast pepper and use tomato paste for flavour you are propably perfectly fine. My plan is do strict carnivore for weight loss and when im happy i add more spices, some vegetables and mushrooms. I might maby even try berries. Its like most of the time carnivore but somedays like paleo. It would be nice if that works for me, but i that causes hunger level grow or gaining weight, then i need to be pretty strict carnivore. Will see.

    Sir Kensington’s avocado oil mayo is the best if you want a quick option
    Also, you can use pork rinds for meatloaf/meatballs if you want to avoid oxalates

    Jess, you mentioned the acv. You can squeeze a lemon with about 2 Tablespoon of acv and water to 30 oz of water, makes a great drink.

    I use 1 part ACV to 2 parts lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger powderr to taste Usually about 3 tbsp ACV to 6 of the lemon. I top it off with hot water. It is so energizing and it curbes the hunger.

    I worked at a restaurant years ago, and we put garlic butter on our steaks right before we served them. We made rolls of garlic butter about the size and diameter of a Hickory Farms Summer Sausage, and just sliced it off as needed. I don't know why I've never done this at home, but your video convinced me I need to.

    hi nice video. just in regards to the ACV. I stumbled upon a recipe which is a staple for me and it tastes amazing. all i do is use half a glass of soda water ( or sparkling/mineral water), a squeeze of lemon juice and 1tblespoon of ACV. its amazing like your actually drinking soft drink.. give it ago if you want to try beat the stevia sweetened version

    Thanks so much for posting this! I've been thinking of doing something very similar so it's great to hear your recommendations and experiences. I am super intrigued by carnivore but think that certain things like matcha, ACV, some berries and some veggies offer a lot of benefits. I also have heard Rhonda Patrick talk about how strict carnivore could compromise the gut biome. That's fine if all you want to eat is meat for the rest of your life, but if you ever want to eat anything else, I think you have to remain somewhat omnivorous. I have read posts by strict carnivores getting really sick when they try to eat other stuff on special occasions.

    I love making and eating avocado oil mayo. It’s very good. I’ll never go back to store made. I put crushed pork rinds in my meatballs and meatloaf instead of almond flour.

    I've taken to mixing my Braggs with Zevia ginger ale, it's delicious! You cook on the pit a lot, like I do( Texas girl😉💖), Kroger carries the Salt Grass Steak House 7 blend steak seasoning, I use it on everything! I add some Real Salt, for the minerals, you could do your pink salt. It would be awesome in your butter blend, too, it's what they use in theirs😁💖

    Butter sauce always tastes better when cooked on the hot plate (stove top) than in a microwave. It brings out the flavour in the butter. :)

    Thank you for all of your encouraging videos! When you are doing the carnivore meal plan do you keep your macros at 70-75% calories from fat or do you have a higher percentage from protein?

    i made a cheeseburger in my air fryer... with a chunk of butter in the middle... warm melted butter gushing from the burger,, so yummy

    I don't have the Apple Cider drinks so I mix 2 parts apple cider vinegar with 1 part lemon juice and make a tart lemonade drink. (for those of you who want to do apple cider vinegar and mix up a drink yourself) I love hearing we are drinking the same stuff! (I just don't use the KETO products). If you need a topic, I would love to hear what your slant on eating enough is. Some days because no time or no hunger, I don't eat enough. I work to get enough protein and lo carb/no carb gut sometimes I don't eat enough and I think it impacts if I lose or not. I think that you are right, you need to mix it up and keep your body guessing, but going too low seems to impact. What is your view? Thank you for all your hard work. It makes a difference for me!
