    Compound butter - for your steak butter fast - because you like to keep your body guessing. Pound of unsalted butter - room temp - mix in 1/2 cup of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh minced parsley, 1 tablespoon of fresh minced basil, a few drops of olive oil. Mix / combine until smooth and evenly mixed. Roll up in plastic wrap and refrigerate (if has other stuff in it so it has to stay cold) - use as you would butter to zing up that steak.

    I"ve been waiting since your last video for the Ketovore video! Your Q & A was so helpful. Makes sense to still keep within protein macros even when carnivore. Really helped me figure out what and how much to eat. Yes, "What I eat in a day or a week" videos especially for carnivore would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much for all of the detailed info.

      I’m on week 4 of carnivore switching to ketovore July 1 and documenting my journey❤carnivore has its place and purpose but it’s too restrictive for me. I’m not anti veg either ❤

    For me Kerovore is red meat, fish, chicken, eggs, no pork, certified olive oil, certified avicodo oil, pure MCT oil, or organic coconut oil, beef tallow, no Lard, mayo made with olive avicodo oil, or real grass fed butter, only fermented sauerkraut, olives or pickles, occasionally a decaf coffee with heavy whipping cream and stevia or water, no fruit or vegetable juice, I also eat turkey bacon and turkey Canadian bacon and cook it with higher fat ground beef, no seed oil, I sometimes eat a little aged cheese or cream cheese.

    I'm on day 20 of my keto journey... I'm down 17.4 lbs of the 80 lbs I want to lose... and 10 1/2 in. total lost on my body... I went from obesity class II to obesity class I.... How EXCITING!!!! Ur my absolute favorite person to follow on TH-cam for Keto advice... I'm pretty sure it's because your laugh is so infectious!!!!😉 I plan on incorporating the carnivore diet as you have instructed very soon... Seeing what you eat Monday through Friday would be extremely helpful... Great job on all your success through your weight loss journey...

    I appreciate this video. I have Crohn’s disease and I can’t digest lettuce and vegetables. It’s hard. I have to pay attention to things that have seeds and skin. Always enjoy your videos, Jess! 💛

    Omg you hit the jackpot of Knowledge! Love it ! We are so alike in everything! I do carnivore list 41 pounds ! I do keto , fasting 2 times one week 3 the other week or at least 65hours ! Now I add 1/3 of fruits aswell getting the benefits of fibers . For me it’s critical to have all of this things ! Now I am also looking into cacao and fresh olive oils to get the benefits of Pollyfenoils and other good stop at least from cacao both of the fully organic. I will also limit the toxins from water by buying a filter system . I have 2 small kids . I bought a air frying machine to cook better but saving time and less with frying pans ! Air fryer has saved me !
    The body must keep guessing.

    Looking at you on this video, you don't look at all morbidly obese. You look awesome. Going to try the fasting and ketovore. My ketosis has been up and down and not really losing much weight. So maybe this will help me. Thank you Jess!

    Jess, I LOVE your videos, you give me such great information and you are such a great inspiration.. but you are NOT morbidly obese. I think I've been watching you for maybe 9 months and you have TRIMMED yourself OUT of obese, you look so awesome right now. Sorry, but your bobbies have gotten so small, I want that mine are shrinking but not like yours have and I am jealous! LOL I have been doing keto over a year and have only lost about 20 pounds and that is because I'm on a lot of nasty medication to keep me alive (heart), LOL But I'm hoping to go off of them hopefully by next year. Anyways, keep up the great work, I love your videos.. thinking about going carnivore lately, and your explanation of ketovore is maybe what I need to do, makes it easier I think. Much Respect!!!

    I would love to see what you eat. I am fighting severe arthritis in my spine and knees hoping carnivore will help.

      You should look i to adding turmeric. Turmeric is very anti inflammatory and helps to aleve pain from arthritis. Also, go check out thomas delauer on keto. He really talks about eating for anti inflammatory benefits.

      I have had RA for 30 years, mainly in my knees and ankles, I'm 67. In September of 2019, I started the Keto lifestyle and have had an amazing reduction in my inflammation level in a fairly short time span! I was able to reduce my methotrexate by half the dosage. I am also considering moving to Carnivore as a next step. I hope you find this comment encouraging and wish I you all the healthful benefits as you move forward in your journey...if only we had this information years ago!!! Trudy

      I'm in the same boat with you. Osteoarthritis knee's back shoulder. I've been keto almost 3 years as of December 28/ 2019 carnivore. I take every Anti-inflammatory arthritis helping natural remedies I can find I really hope carnivore does it. Keto helped now stepped it up a notch .🙏

    I would love to do carnivore but I get gout in my whole foot really bad when I eat nothing but protein, especially red meat! Chicken not so bad, but I still have to watch it. If you've never had gout be very thankful, it is the worst pain EVER. It feels like you broke your foot and have glass shards in you, it swells up so much so your skin feels like it could split open and the slightest touch hurts soooo bad! I still would love to see some videos on what you in a day! Keep up the great work, you are looking amazing!

    Yes please to detailing what you eat on a typical carnivore and a keto day! I like your way of approaching this as I too love my veggies and they love me back, so it's difficult to give up something that's causing me no issues. Plus, variety of foods, flavours and textures is important to me as food should be a pleasure as well as merely fuel. So you're inspiring me to try this "part-time carnivore" lark, and the pay off is clear for all to see as you've done tremendously and you should be so proud of your accomplishment! So a huge "well done" and "thank you" from over here in the Netherlands! :-)

    Hi Jess! LOVE your videos. I have been doing Keto on and off for about two years now with great success in the beginning but falling off when I hit plateaus. I was feeling very frustrated and defeated. I used to follow all the info from the Keto "gurus" but it was all soooooo confusing and too complicated! You are so much like me and a true inspiration that I have restarted my journey to health and am down 15 lbs already in two weeks.     Hi, I just wanted to drop a note and say Thank You! You're so encouraging and I need that right now, lol. I think I started the Keto diet about a week and a half ago and I've lost 15lbs already. I'm also doing IF so that might be the reason why I've lost the amount of pounds so far. I've jumped into it blindly, but I am desperate to get the weight off. I also have a few health issues that are quite serious, but can improve if I lose the weight. I enjoy your videos and would love to know more about how you prep your food and what you eat during the day. Thank you for sharing with us.

      Keep it up , I've lost almost 50 pounds since Aug. 2019. Just stay low carb below 20 grams. You can stil eat a lot of things.

    I have done what you are doing too. I do carnivore some days and keto some days. I think overall, I feel better eating just meat and eggs. Down 101 lbs so far and need to lose another 20-30 probably.

    My children’s pediatrician told me your diet consists of 72 hours. My oldest child was particularly picky with food. I was told that our brains have our body covered. We eat what is necessary to fuel ourselves. 😊
    I am definitely a keto person. My youngest child has Down syndrome and his thyroid has failed so I have to be very conscious of the foods I provide for him. So far so good! 😊

    You look great Jess! I love that top on you too. You are always so positive as well. Lately my husband and I have also been eating more "ketovore than Keto" since the new year. We are trying to eat the meat that is in the freezer and trying not to buy fresh veggies over the next few weeks. We are finding that we waste a lot of fresh vegetables and are trying to use more frozen veggies but need to make room in our freezer first.

    *You used to be morbidly obese (BMI over 40) At your current weight, you have obesity1 with a BMI of 31.7 but very close to just being a bit overweight! (Like me, lol, and no one thinks I’m fat per say) So you are doing fantastic and give credit where credit is due, to Jess. 💕

    My version of ketovore is eating mostly carnivore and I add in little things here and there that are keto like iceberg lettuce in my ground beef, nutritional yeast, a few olives here & there, some pickles, sometimes coconut cream in my coffee rather than heavy cream, stevia or monk fruit sweetener (also coffee), some keto jello every now & then. So I’m like 90% carnivore, 10% keto. And a couple times a month, I’m just straight keto. Those are my splurges.

    Everything you just said is exactly how I do it! I don't know if it's necessarily any more than my laziness but I don't feel the need for all the sides LOL. And then on the weekend I allow myself to have more of a net carb weekend so that I can enjoy a tortilla or something else like that that I like so again we don't feel like we're completely limiting ourselves. Really enjoyed the video!

    Hi Jess thanks for explaining everything so well. I’m loosing so slow and now I know why. I thought you had to eat all your fat to loose. Now I’ll keep it under my goal of 92 g. So I guess I should try not to go over 80. I do keep my carbs low maybe 5 at the most. And I do eat the right amount of protein.     You are just adorable. I am currently doing carnivore high protein and normal fats for gut issues. I allow avocados on the weekends but can’t tolerate veg or fruit right now. I would like to lower the protein a little bit and increase my fats but that doesn’t seem to work. Thankfully avocados agree but that’s my weekend “cheat” -- oh and I drink coffee

    My version of ketovoire is much different. I prioritize animal protein hitting over 100 Grams, very low carbs, not net carbs, around 10-15 grams and let the fat fall where it falls…. Usually 2 meals and a small amount of green veggies with dinner….

    I switch back and forth between the keto and carnivore. No set schedule. It just depends on how lazy or ambitious I feel. Lazy days are carnivore 😋

    Girrrrllll...you look SO good! Love that top. It’s very flattering! Hey, do you use HWC in your coffee when you are fasting? I need my coffee in the morning, and have a real problem drinking it black. I seem to remember Dr. Berry saying as long as you don’t put any sweetener in it, it’s ok when fasting. I only fast in the morning, so it’s usually a 16 to 18 hour fast.

    I just want to tell you I love you w your curly hair! I have curly hair too so maybe I'm just biased lol your curls look great but if you are ever looking for a good curly hair product DIVA CURL is amazing! I use wave maker it makes perfect curls. just fyi lol

      Come up with different seasoning blends. Rotate. Use coconut oil one day, butter the next. Theres even diff salts!
