Finally getting to watch this in full (after the tremendous 3 day blizzard - including Christmas). This was a short one, but both of you are great inspirations as well as gentle, rather than militant, regarding nutrition. I like that. I do mostly clean keto, but occasionally allow a keto treat. Plus I am the cook in a non-keto house so I cook things I don't eat, too.
For me is the carnivore diet that is working, but I add avocado, olives , pickles, cucumbers , celery (not all at once) , occasionally some broccoli or asparagus or some blackberries . also now and then a bite of cheese or a few nuts. My weight is finally dropping like crazy . with keto I was on a plato, too many vegetables !
I tend to be more ketovore or carnivore-ish. It's my preference because I like to add berries in the summer, and I also enjoy having some low-carb veggies like olives, dill pickles, and kimchi from time to time. I don't eat them often, but I like the flexibility to do so without feeling like I've gone off plan.
Most of my patients who take these two supplements take them together but primarily when they’re trying to boost their immune system after and during a cold or COVID-19.
It’s a way for mostly carnivores like Neisha and I to have flexibility. The terms don’t matter as much as giving people who do well on carnivore some flexibility to indulge in food they want loved periodically that are not carnivore. I agree that labels are overrated and that people should just do whatever works for them 😊
@@krissy9553 Nah, I just don't follow idiots who come up with nonsense like "ketovore". Just shut up eat what you're supposed to and exercise stop coming up with labels for what you eat.

I definitely know how it feels to be a cook who has to prepare different meals but just happy you found keto
Love the Berry's! I agree, Ketovore is a nice balance!
They are truly special

Carnivore removes all the noise. It's cleaner and this approach usually results in better outcomes. Happy it's working for you.
Keto too much flexibility is exactly what I was thinking for me
Totally agree
Share which dietary pattern you prefer and why?

It sounds like Neshia, you, and I have a similar approach 😊
6 months I’ve been carnivore, I have recently worked in avocados. I may sample a food item but not sit and eat a portion size.
Most of my patients tolerate avocados and I just love guacamole
Do you recommend taking N-Acetyl Cysteine and Quercetin at the same time OR alternating days OR months? Please advise. Thank you.
