      iiMystiq_ Møøn sq I know I know it’s horrible it’s freezing outside yeah yeah oh boy I don’t like man I wish I could even rent a garage for him somewhere yeah Ha when you have an ETA garage yeah no yeah in Andrew no one no one will take him because he has a record I know that all right Andrew and you’ve got you’ve got it eight and nicer one newer in decent shape that shouldn’t be a problem I know what is it oh wow good ha ha have to live the way that he has to live and have no option no choice that’s if you know when he went to prison the last time before grandma died he didn’t get it he didn’t get a three-year sentence he didn’t get a three-year sentence he got a life sentence because it is it destroyed in that last time it ruined him

      I'm feeling depressed I'm quarantining my room for next 7 days and I know I gain weight I'm 217 lb and I feel like I gain another 2 lb and I need to go on this and see how much I weigh by another 7 days but the problems I can go nowhere so after 7 days I will wake myself when I get out but then the city is locked down and count me I am sure I can still go out after 7 days with my mask on.

    Great work! You look sooo healthy and amazing.
    Just an FYI for those who have a inflammation chia seeds aren’t for you. Also if you don’t have a gallbladder a high fat keto diet your body will not be able to process high fats. But ....lean proteins like she says and healthy fats like avacodo, olive oil. I laid low on the butter, bacon no chia for me. Autoimmune disease, arthritis. It was amazing how my severe pain went from a 10 to a 1-2 . No wheat , gluten, sugars....was a huge milk drinker and yogurt. Was a hard transition from milk to almond milk, took 3- months. Buy a no carrageenan free almond milk unsweetened unflavored. Add you own organic vanilla to almond milk. The first week I was so sick from withdrawals , seriously I had the shakes and chills sick to my stomachs that the first week I could barely eat. After that first week much better until my body started dumping oxilates. We all dump oxilates but all of us are different, how often....50 years build up I eventually got bad stomachache plus another thing I won’t mention. After my body was done dumping oxilates everything got so much better. When one goes from dirty diet to clean diet its a process. Vitamins,, D+ mk7, B12, omega 3, prebiotic & probiotic, lipisomal vitamin C,turmeric as well as turmeric fresh everyday. Started the vitamins cause I started losing lots of hair. Plus my labs showed very low Vitamin D, C, B12...Hair is back! I wish someone mentioned all these things on all the channels and research I did prior to starting. Also do intermittent fasting 20/4 and omad throughout the week.
    She’s right on with all the stuff she has presented especially the Braggs Apple cider vinegar and yogurts.
    You all will find your own way that works for you. Best to all.

      Kelly Dolan I understand but what I've found is to keep it as simple as possible. I LOVE prosciutto so I keep a ton of it in my fridge and if I'm too lazy to cook I'll literally just eat prosciutto 😂😂😂😂😂

      My friends and family laugh that I’m always thinking about food these days but not in a bad way. Literally as I’m preparing a meal I’m thinking about what I’m making next. Sometimes as I’m going to bed I’ll plan out the next days meals.

      Me too Me too!!! I would love to see someone do a day to day (maybe a full week) of videos on meals. Maybe titled "What to eat today Monday" (Tues, Wed etc..). Just to get an idea and see a menu plan especially those of us who have families.

    Absolute essential for me... carb manager app, wrote down everything, even the screwup days, and food scale. Total cost $20. Weighed everything at first, now I can eyeball it. Never really knew what I was stuffing in my piehole until I did this religiously. There is a note section in carb manager to help identify food sensitivities and triggers. 💕 best to you! Great video.

      Me too!! I kept stopping zooming in on the oz and brands. I’m bigger than anybody on here probably. So I need things simple, lol. Like the monkey picked oolong tea. I don’t know what brand, but I asked and I know she will respond. I’m putting my order in as soon as she responds. I already drink tons of water, why not add tea to it! You all are helpful as well.     Jess, thank you so so much for this video, I did keto back in January and I lost 22 lb with the quarantine and limited shopping I gain 10 lbs back, It is a struggle for me because my husband eats everything that I'm not supposed to eat. And everything good that I eat he doesn't like so it's a forever struggle going on here. Especially on weekends when he's home. Everyday Monday through Friday I have a great mindset I start off with a mile and a half walk everyday come home I make my scrambled eggs bacon or sausage whatever and I have a good lunch but about 7:00 in the evening he'll offer me some kind of goody and we're at home relax watching TV and of course me who has no willpower I take it and I'm pretty tired of it..So with all that being said I am going to try my very very very best do your recipes watch your videos and really focus on my health, I need to lose 50 lbs, to be in good health... So I guess it's on me got to try harder So I think you're going to help me on my journey I appreciate all your videos and I see that you take a lot of time to explain I think you're really fantastic I've seen a few other videos and I think you are the best one for advice you've gone through it You've posted your pictures and you didn't starve yourself You made good healthy meals and choices So thank you

    Good Job you make sense I just know you are going to be a great help to me. I lost 75 lbs on Keto need to lose a few more know it will happen. I even have to put on a few for now due to that fact I became so frail. I am 75 and skipped some important steps like making sure I had enough electrolytes and salt and being adrenal fatigue need to be more careful, so I added about ten lbs. This time make sure my muscle are tone, not moan, make sure to replenish with electrolytes as I pee away... and not just keep my carbs low but to make sure I have nourishment to maintain a vital body. All my numbers turn out real good except for the HDL which was way too low, us women we are to have higher cholesterol for longevity. I really have to learn and understand my micros and a food diary.

    Hi Jess! I following you for a while, my name is Xiomara, I am Dominican, but leaving in USA for 12 years now. I love all your videos and I started Keto few times but never stick on it. Yesterday going back to your videos about how to start, and following your recomendations, I asked my son to take my before pictures for first time, I always was so scared to see or record how fat and uncomfortable I am.     Great ideas! I had Palmini pasta last night with red meat sauce and loved it. I think the key is to really rinse the noodles. I rinsed the noodles then soaked them in water and heavy cream for several hours and then rinsed them again. Heated them up in a pan and then added the sauce, yum! The texture was like noodles cooked al dente.

I have a face with no 3 layer chins anymore ;) I still have more to go to reach my personal goal.     I just started watching your channel today... Right now at 151 pounds, my body looks almost identical in shape to your "beginning" photos... I have been on every diet known to man, just like your Mom, but I don't lose anything unless I do a water-only fast... When I went on Weight-watcher's, I actually gained weight following it to the letter... I started dieting around 1963... Last year I was so determined that I went on keto/carnivore protocol but lost not one pound after 13 months of that... I have kept a food diary for years and weigh or measure every teaspoonful of food I eat... In the past when counting calories and eating carefully, it took me 10 months on less than 1000 calories per day to slowly lose a few pounds... it was pure Hell and at the end of 10 months of torture I was still obese at 120 pounds, having lost about 40 pounds...     Try grinding chia seeds in your coffee grinder, it gives a smoother texture to liquid you are thickening.

    You are so helpful here on how to start up, thank you!!. I'm starting June 1st, my goal is 50 lbs down before September 1st! Before I allowed myself to gain this Covid weight I allowed myself 20 carbs daily. One trick I had for dropping weight quickly & keeping it off was drinking 1 gallon of water a day & a cup of "smooth move tea" before bed, it really cleans you out (flat tummy) it's senna root. Ok, well again thank you for the inspiring video tonight! Sometimes a gal just needs another gal's perspective, lol. (I'll have to go through your other video to see "what" is allowed on fasting! Coffee & water of course but how much is to much etc... I hope you have an amazing day & congrats on your successful journey!:)

    Very well done. I've been using Bone Broth for collagen but I will try the powder for convenience.
    One thing though..that Fleischmann yeast is for making dough rise. You need Nutritional yeast for flavor and B12, folic acid, iron etc. Big difference between the 2.

    I use Carb Manager too...the free version. Very useful! I’ve lost 40lbs on Keto +IF in 8 months. Thanks for your videos. You help me stay motivated to keep going and lose the final 10 lbs. 💖🤗

      It's just a teapot. I thought this item was universally recognised!lol I thought everyone all over used electic kettles in this day and age. It's such a basic kitchen item that I've always taken for granted.
