      Hi Heather - I use your videos at least 3-4 times per week. But I would really appreciate it if you could do a video or several videos on the trampoline or sometimes called the urban rebounder. It is such an effective way to exercise without hurting your joints; not to mention lots of fun. Please consider and I look forward to rebounding with you in the near future.

    Heather, you are the best HIIT instructor! I love the way have the timer and the window for the next exercise! You’re formats are excellent and help the workout move seamlessly. I also like that you don’t give instructions through the workout. I’m 42 and my body has never felt stronger & fitter. Thank you for helping me grow and become stronger and fitter as I get older.

      I am about to turn 42 in September as well- I say “ditto” to what Danielle has said above ! I definitely feel stronger and I can do 20-25 push-ups at a time now like I did in my 20s😊

    For anybody who is curious, I burned 225 calories during this workout with an average of 164bpm. I'm 5'5, 120lbs, and fairly active!
    Great workout I love the variety on each move and it definitely gets me sweating!

    I LOVE your workouts! No talking and great music to get moving to, my only critique is that I wish you had a warm up and cool down at the beginning and end. Keep up the great videos though I will continue to do them!

    OKAY GUYS. I've been alternating between Pamela Reif, Madfit and Natacha Oceane for the last few weeks and let me tell you - THIS video was by far the most challenging for me! Don't get me wrong, I love those girls and I will continue to do their various workouts because they're super beneficial. But when it comes to a 20-30 min full body work-out, this one has taken the cake! Thanks Heather!

    I've done this every day for just over a week now - when I first started I could only get to 10 minutes, middle of the week 15 minutes and now I've completed 20 minutes :D Hopefully by the end of this month I can do it all. I've massively changed my diet 99% clean eating and I've lost 4lbs so far :) I also do 30/60 second planks 5 times over the space of the day and my stomach is already much tighter (starting weight 172lbs)
    Edit 1: 2 months in and I stopped exercising for a couple of weeks but I've lost 12lbs (160lbs atm) :) 1 month till my holiday so I'll do an update the day before - I'm hoping to be 150lbs

    one of the better workout routines I've seen on TH-cam.
    -Easy to follow (love the "up next" feature)
    -Energizing music
    -No dramatic "oNe mORe pUsH uP" or the like from the instructor, just simply putting on a timer and showing the moves
    -Last but not least, fun and varied excercises. I've had a hard time finding a routine that doesn't hurt my back, but for this one I just had to replace 1-2 excercises (the frog crunch and possibly the reverse crunch).

    This was my first exercise with Heather and still, after months of following, my all time favorite 😍 I simply love the music, the preview clips and no talking among with the versatile moves - some are easier and some super challenging! I think this is what keeps me coming back - some day I Will be able to do squat jumps for 45secs! 😅

    that was the first video I did from this chanel. I have to say-I LOVE IT. Excersises are not easy but not hard to do-you get tired,you feel it in your body,but it`s not like-i will never do this to myself (that`s how i feel about insanity for example :D ) But what I like the most-the music is awesome and no one is screaming-push up one more time or something like this :D

    This was my very first HR workout I ever did. I searched for 30min home workouts during quarantine and this was what I found and did. Meanwhile I did her 12 week programm and now I am at her workout calendars. She literally changed my life and I never thought I could be so motivated doing workouts 😍

    I just found your channel. I love this workout and your format! The format makes it easy for this 61 year old to follow. I have worked out since a teenager but have gotten out of shape for the last few years (hip replacement, carpal tunnel, etc.) Every workout I have found is hard on my joints. Starting with this workout (I am doing all your workouts now) I am on my way to feeling fit and strong again! A simple thank you cannot express my gratitude!

    I just did this workout with my kids. They are 10,6 & 5 lol. They’re out of school so now they have at home p.e with me. They did about 2 seconds of each workout so I think they did pretty good

    It is literally 3 o’clock in the morning but I just had the best HIIT workout ever I am drenched in sweat and am sweating in places I never knew I could🤦🏽‍♀️ but I am gonna make this an everyday workout for me it is almost the same as going to the gym but way better in a way!!😁

    Great workout, thanks! Could you possibly do a workout focussing on the biceps and triceps using weights please. I have been trying to work on firming and toning the backs of my arms.

    So much sweat! Thank you for this amazing workout! I haven't done it in a long time so it was quite challenging (especially after the summer break...getting back on track can be quite difficult). I had to implement some modifications like a knee pushup and a double crunch instead of the frog one but I feel so good after this!

    I started this workout May first. I did it two times a week and was totally exhausted every time. Now I do it five times a week and though I still get winded in the end, I still love it! Especially the arm excersis are really challeging for me. The results however are great! I have muscle tone again in my butt, my arms, and my thighs. So a thousand thumbs up for this routine.
