    I love this format. I'd rather do three in a row than three circuits. It makes the workout go by quick for me. I would love to see more like this!

      It’s a good switch up, but you will undoubtedly do fewer reps with back to back to back exercises of the same muscle as opposed to doing circuits where each muscle has time to recuperate as you’re fatiguing other muscles.

      Same! Working out from home sounded awful at first, but it was a blessing in disguise. I lost over 30 lbs eating healthy and doing HIIT workouts!!

    I just finished your 12 week program , I must say that my stamina has improved 2-3 notches for cardio and jumps. It showed when I randomly picked this work out.tq Heather

      FYI cardio kickboxing and real kick boxing/muay thai are totally different things so just because you can lift up your leg a hundred times per minute doesnt mean you will be able to fight off a 200 pound 6'4" martial artist with your "self-defense for women"

    LOVE the fact that there's three sets of each in a row. Not ashamed to say i'm a beginner when it comes to working out so doing three reps in a row really helps me practice the moves and get my body doing them correctly!!

    great workout! love the new format as the really hard exercises can be over and done with and I don't end up dreading them the entire time. But at the same time my heart rate was always elevated!

    I've done A LOT of your workouts during the quarantine and THIS one was the toughest. Thank you for your great workouts. I'm on the heavier side (5' 10", 215lbs), and many others' HIIT workouts often led to lower back pain but your workouts are the only ones that did not so now I only do your HIIT workouts. Thank you!

    Heather, I do your workouts often and I like both formats. In particular I like this format because I noticed by the third round, I had corrected form a little and pushed myself harder because I had the first round to compare to. When each round is a different move, there’s less ability to compare. Thanks so much for these, love them!

    Great workout! Loved the energy of the music. But one bit of feedback. The white font of the timer against the white background wall was a bit hard to read at times.

    This was my first HIIT workout, and I really liked the same 3 moves after another. Usually I will get tired and quit after 1/3 or 2/3 through a workout, but this set-up encouraged me to go until the end

    3 round of the same exercise was too much for me so I did a different exercise on the second round. Still got a great workout!

    Super love this workout. It was my first intro to H.R. workouts and I was hooked from the start to the end Cos it got me dripping sweat all over my mat, and yet I Loved it! The music is distracting in a good way and no irritating voice that keeps telling you to push on etc. Now I only do H.R. workouts. There are so many, from this toughie to Low impact and even stretching! Love from Singapore

    I guess I must have come across a more advanced workout this early in my fitness journey, so I had to modify quite a few moves. But I did it! And I hope in a month or so I can do this whole workout as intended. Thanks for the great video!

    One of the best I have found yet on TH-cam for 30min hiits. Could be cause yesterday was cheat meal amd rest day 😂. Most I have done on here leave me wanting more/not feeling a good prelift workout but this along w a couple others got me good. Phew! Keep it up will def follow for more

    Really like the format of that workout, but it is tough. I thought I was decent enough at HIIT workouts like this, but Heather Robertson has me beaten. I modified the burpee jacks to step back-step forward-stand up burpees as I was blown by the twine they came along, but I finished it, in contrast to last week...!👍
