      As if main juming karke sab workouts karti hun toh is it ohk to do without juming???

      Aap please pehle doctor se pooch lijiye agar apke liye exercise theek hai abhi. Yeh challenge thoda mushkil hain. Agar aap chahe to aap koi aur video se shure kar saktein hain, jo thodi aasan ho. Par shuru karne se pehle aap doctor se pooch li jiye
