- Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 10 minute workout that is focused on the belly/abs. We have 10 moves, 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest. We are going be using exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles. These exercise will work the upper abs, lower abs and the obliques (aka 11 Line Abs).
