    Ma'am just wanted to tell you, I was struggling big time with knee pain, neck pain, buzzing sound in ears and mental stress. After following your 15 mins Yoga for almost for 15 days... all the issues have deminished. Now I m daily following these steps without fail. Thank You soo much for all your efforts🙏

      Bhen 5 min me kya hota hai. Kmse km 20 min to do mind ko shant krne ke liye. Meditation ke bare me abhi kuchni pta to try focusing on your breathe. Ya shambhavi mahamudra try kro it's amazing for students.

    ❤❤...it has been a week i am regularly doing it ...day 1 ..I did 15 min yoya in 45 min after taking breaks in bw but now i am glad to tell that i am completing in stipulated time..feeling more flexible and improved my posture as well

    It really has become a part of my life ...because of it i wake early in the morning and that helps a lot for preparing for my school too . I no longer have any pain in my body ...it makes me active for my entire day .

    It is so nice to follow you! I stayed in India for a year when I was 16 and picked up on some Hindi - following your video just brought me back to that a little bit! You pronounce it so clearly, I can actually follow what you say and the main cues are in English as well so there is no stress whatsoever. Great flow, thank you very much, Ma'am!

    I just came from giving my 12th boards business studies exam and I wanted my body to relax and I was just searching in TH-cam and I was getting many videos but not this much relaxing as this one is I felt so much relaxing I am thinking to add this in my daily routine this is really very very soothing and relaxing because sitting in exam isn't a small task 3 hours to sit in an exam is a very big task and my whole body was paining but by doing this I feel so much relaxing thank you so much 😊❤

    It was not so simple as it seems...
    Day 1: in 5:06 my palm got stiff, in 7:29 i was losing balance, 10:20 got so tired, 12:08 didn't got my toes in my hand, without that i did. Lets see it may improve 😊
    Day 2: got some balance but at 10:05 I really got tired.

    I can't believe, that I did 90% of aasans as I were practicing first tym after a very long break. Because I'm also a yoga practicing girl for 5 years but due to some reasons😢 I were not able to do yoga on daily basis this is why I got break almost from one year . But still my body flexible as it as.😅
    Yoga is best exercise

    I couldn't do some of them but started today. I would be achieving them a day by practicing it every day. But all yogas were so good. Body feels very light after done with this yoga. 🎉

    Make me really really relax while doing it and after I'm done doing. 15 mins felt a lot of time when I do other exercises( cuz I am not interested) , but with this yoga IDK how quickly the time passed. 💕💕 Thank you 💕💕❤️ Satvic Movement ❣️
