I’ve had this a few times and it was down to the flange in between the turbo and the DPF not sealing creating a pressure leak mainly under load, when you clean the DPF you will see the foam Squeeze through the gap, when it says pressure to low in the pressure sensor. Ime not criticising, just saying that it’s something to look out for.
good job mate got the exact same engine on the a class, do you know if these have a dpf warning light or do they just go straight to a check engine light?
Jobs a goodun 👍 you mentioned the launch is a lot quicker on the mercs than the autel and you can change the pressure readings to different units but has there been any other things that the launch can do that the autel can’t ? Just being nosey
There probably is a lot as this is a lot higher spec unit than my Autel but also a lot more expensive. Unfortunately I probably won't use it to it's full potential 😕
It's mean You Have issues in the injector o rings, turbo hooses or your engine really burn oil, check your oil specificații should be low ash content for dpf.
@@gabrielc5642 ive since been told the fault is in the egr and it needed cleaned. Cleaned and no fault code as of yet...... mechanic suggested mapping out egr if it comes back 🫣

Could you not scope the pressure sensor and using live data if its on the way out it would show drop outs and spikes on the graph

what should I do??
My cla was mapped stage 1 but 6 months later if put to sport mode it switches back to E mode and delay on gear switching, any idea?
Had the dpf's, inter cooler and throttle flaps all cleaned but back into limp mode 6 months later showing a dpf fault.

c200 2016 diesel vehicle continuous p22A,,,, p22A (77) gives fault code....help???
