    this was ROUGH but i’m so proud of myself for finishing! i’m a total beginner when it comes to hiit/cardio sooo maybe this one was a poor choice, but it boosted my confidence because I FINISHED! thank you for your content lovely!

    I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I've been feeling a lot more tired recently, but this workout gave me SO MUCH ENERGY!!! The music was perfect, kept me going, pumping, and grooving the entire way through to the finisher. This was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Anna!!

    I thought I couldn't make it at some parts of the workout but I pushed thought it and now I'm pretty proud of myself because this accomplished feeling after is too good! I just had to do regular lunges instead of jumping ones and modified push ups instead of regular ones. But otherwise I did all :c

    I must put it here - I'm not a HIIT lover but this one was great, I actually mean it. I loved the music all the way through and it was just perfectly tough for my fitness level (not too hard nor too easy). I'm looking forward to coming back to this one so thank you Anna ❤

    Love to see the evolution and the new music is great!! These workouts have been life changing. As one who often travels for work, I love that I can sneak in a workout in my hotel room with just a towel. The amount of variety is perfect too. At home with weights or without, I love that I can cut my brain off and just “do” for 30-40 minutes. Even when I have low motivation I think, “well, it’s only 30 minutes”. Thank you!!
