    Just completed this intense and super sweaty workout. The 2 mins non-stop burpees at the end was a total killer🥵

    Around 20 mins in, as I was dying in a pool of sweat, I thought “I wonder what the 2 min challenge is? I really hope it’s not burpees…🤣” Great workout as ever

    This was a killer of a workout. Loved the split intensity levels, jumping jacks followed by side squat walks etc. Super sweaty but feeling great. Thank you

    Those quiet burpees you put in the workout did not fool me, I knew it meant something killer was about to come for me. Boy, was that an understatement😂

    Wow that was super super sweaty. Doing this outside on a blazing hot day added to sweat but pure excellence in this workout. The 2 minute challenge at the end was amazing, a little throwback to the older videos. I managed to do 70 seconds before I had to take a break. I'll try for 90 seconds next time. Awesome workout Anna. Thank you.

    i really love it! my weakest one is the side plank leg raise lol. i was mad at myself when i realized that 1-month break from routine workout really changed me and i hate to see how weak i am right now! not sure how long it will take me to regain my strength but i will keep pushing through!!! thank you Anna as always!!

    Anna, you definitely are my favorite trainer, you motivate me and your workouts make me feel so good about myself! Thank you for showing us is that fitness is not about "losing" anything (fat, weight etc) but it's about gaining - strength, muscles, experience, endorphins!

    OMG . This Was Little Hard . Did Not Quit . Gave It All I Got 100 Percent ,
    Done 25 Reps Of Burpees Only , In 2 Mins . Loved It , Feeling Stronger And Sweated Alot . THOSE BURPEES 2 MINS WAS A DAMN HELL KILLER . Hv A Gr8 Week Ahead Anna .

    Loved this work out & love you Anna 😍....Seriously I've done about 30 of your videos now, a few repeats & these are more intense than most of the mens workouts. The leg heavy sections always have me shaking 😫 & im like a 30yr old "in shape" guy 😆

    Coach, This was a fun and killer workout.
    I was physically at muscle failure around the last 58 seconds into the 2 minute Burpee’s.
    I had to call on my reserve power 😁 to finish strong.🤩💐❤️

    so sweaty! I hadn't done your workouts for a long time and I was scared to try them out again because I knew I wouldn't be able to do the exercises as intensely and at the same pace as I used to do them... but today I decided to challenge myself with this HIIT workout and it felt great! I could do all of the exercises but had to stop halfway through the 2 min burpees to take a breath and then continued it right after😅 thank you for this killer workout anna, lots of love from brazil💗

    Anna it’s so great, I did this in the hotel room during a working trip. I’m so thankful to be able to keep up with my routines while abroad. You’ve been so helpful with this. 10000 thank yous!!
    I also liked how you alternated leg and abs in this one. Good cardio: I did 25 burpees for 2 mins and aim to try and do better next time:)

    WOW ok the mantra of this workout was really : don't quit omg. At the end just before the 2 minutes burpees challenge I was like out of breath but at the end I was absolutely out of breath. WOW thank you so so so much Anna, I can see my progress and I want again to say a huge thank you to be there with us every week your are amazing !!!

    i was on vacation for a week and i just arrived home, i did this workout and i trully felt like i was going to die, but i still managed to finish it all, thank u anna for all your workouts, they made me feel a lot stronger than before; to all those people doing this or other workouts, please dont quit, its going to be painfull and the results are not going to come fast as u want, but its really worth it, trust me

    Anna! Ngl the last 2 minutes of burpees almost made me stop but before I knew it there was 10 seconds left and I just kept pushing. This was a tough one but the post work put high will set me up all day I think lol ty!

    It was quite a fun workout actually :D I’m super sweaty now though 🥲 one of the hardest parts was how there were a lot of plank position movements, and my headphones kept sliding off

    I wore a 22lbs weight vest and was doing fine until the last 2 minutes! I was barely able to keep up with you except for the last 3 seconds. At that point, I collapse to the floor to catch my breath. Thank you so much!

    Thanks, Anna. This was another good one! Love your workouts, the music and the variety💚. Just one thing today: Forward fold right after a killer workout and minutes of burpees might not be a great idea with the blood rushing to your head and your heart still pumping. Dizziness and feeling of nausea might be a reaction. Just my thought.
