    I used to weigh 94 kg , I have been doing Exercise for about a year , now I weigh 74 kg , feeling proud of myself after finishing this hiit workout of yours just to be able to match up to your great strength, I love you.

    I love the challenges but I miss some hit exercises for Abs, arms oder back. It felt like an lower body workout not full Body. However, I have gained so much muscles since last year December. I am so thankful for my body and your workouts and your creations!!!!! Keep going 🥳🥳

      I feel the same. I liked it but the title says “full body” and you get a full leg workout.

    I can't explain how powerful you feel when you do this INSANE workout on the day you recover from a bad flu (My second this winter and while I'm vaccinated from COVID, I was relieved it was just a nasty winter flu my body isn't used to after 18 months.) but I was so proud of myself to have made it till the end, but I admit it got me breathless at the burpee finisher and I could only do 2 min out of 3 but damn, I'm so grateful for Anna to provide us high-quality workouts for free to do at home, at work or just anywhere else. It also marks 1 year of doing your workouts 3 times a week, and I haven't subscribed to any gym membership since! Thank you, Anna, enjoy the Maldives and for another awesome HIIT workout

    Man oh man. I cannot believe I finished this. Especially the finisher challenge. When I started following your workouts last year, I could barely do 6 burpees in a row. Wow Anna this was incredible 🔥

    What a way to go into the weekend with this incredible work-out. The challenge intensity rising as the workout progressed was amazing. Just outstanding stuff and pure scenes with the backdrop. This has been added to the ever growing "will do this again" list. Thank you Anna.

    yesterday I had to quit at 52/53 percent because I got a horrible, sharp pain in my abdomen that I couldn't get rid of (Probably because of something I ate, since I don't usually get those while working out, but it was worse than a period cramp). Today too I got a cramp, but not as bad ig, so I pushed through without pausing. I wanted to quit so many times, wanted to take a break during the finisher, but damn, I made it through at the same pace as Anna, and I cannot thank you enough for how proud you made me feel

    That HIIT sesh was incredible, I loved it! I've been doing your workouts for about half a year now, and I learned to love burpees! I once couldn't believe that one could enjoy doing burpees, but here I am, doing burpees and actually enjoying them! I'm drenched with sweat but happy) Thank you Anna, you're the best as always!

    Wowza the sweat!! I’m on a 400 calorie 6 days a week cardio burn. Had to do round 1 twice to get there.....I appreciate these workouts. Thank you!!!

    Man still loving this workout once and a while! Its so hard and I sweat so much but its so good, especially in the winter during a snowstorm in Canada when we can't get out much! Cheers from your Canadian friend who you have motivated over the past 3 years of following you and your workout journey! I went from 200lbs at the end of my pregnancy with high blood pressure and almost preclempsia, to a now healthy and strong 125lbs at 5'3" with a daily 45min-1hr average walk and a minimum of 30 mins of your workouts and a busy momma day! Also I eat more (but still mostly healthy and all homemade whole foods) than my 200 lb 6'3" husband. So Anna you have helped me so much thank you!

    Hi Anna, I’ve been following your workouts for quite a while now and just dropping by to say thank you for making such motivational videos for us on a regular basis.
    One recommendation I have, and you can take it or leave it, is to abolish the 10 sec break between the stretches during the cool down period. Imo it will flow better that way with less “dead time”. Keep up the good work girl!! 💪 ❤️

    This was Awesome super . Felt A Crazy Burn . Sweated Alot . Squat Burpees 16 Reps in a min . Burpees Jacks : In 2 Mins done 25 Reps . Man I Am Tired . But Gave My 100 Percent . Burpees Jump Overs Was Deadly . 3 Mins NonStop . Damn Dead . Done 34 Reps Only In 3 Min .

    Whewwwwwww Anna. I can’t believe I finished it, and I added weights and medicine ball to some of the exercises. I burned 526 active calories. I took you to the gym today! I’m usually at home working out to you. This one was great!!!

    Loved this workout. While the burpees were challenging, the easier exercises in between made them not so bad. I know I am crazy but burpees are my favorite. I do have a love hate relationship with them though. Anna, I cannot thank you enough for your workouts. I am so thrilled that I randomly stumbled upon your workouts. I don’t even do the other workouts from other trainers who I thought were the best. I know I found the best now.

    This was an excellent workout! It was so enjoyable, energizing, and also fun! The burpee challenges were hard on the cardio and triceps but thats good! Also, the music was good and the background scenery was as well...Thank fou for this video and everything you do:)

    Tackled this one today thinking I would nail it with ease.....only to be left in tears at the end! Literally cried with pride.
    Hands down, hardest hiit workout I have done to date. And I do them on the daily.

    What a perfect well-rounded workout! Definitely my favourite one of yours that I've done. I also didn't stop at all during the sets so I'm super proud of myself :)

    Im guilty to say i skipped the burpee challenges because i was so outta breath. But i replaced with other exercises to keep me moving. There was once my HR hit 189 and i was shoooocked. I love the playlist too. They make me feel so energetic (typing while beads of sweat are still dripping off my head…)
