after countless breaks, and one long break, I manage to finish this. I know that this is easy for others but for me my leg is burning. I will try to take less break next time, but for this time i'm proud of myself for being able to finish this for the first time. Thank you Anna for such an amazing workout :D UPDATE: guuuuuuys!!! Finally ive been able to do this WITHOUT any break!! And im not even that tired!! Keep doing u’ll get stronger!
Just did this work out and really got a sweat going! This was great, the only thing was that there was a lot of repetitive squats after one another happening which I wish were a bit more spread out for a variety. Awesome video either way to get that heart rate going.
This, I got skeptical halfway through and decided to scan through the workout 90% of this "full body" is squats Props to her legs though, she's got some killer endurance in them, but I was upset to find, well, nothing but legs

Doing this later today! I will edit this when I’m done, currently feeling like it will be very hard but doable if I push. Starting off 2023 right ! Finished it about 3 hours ago and forgot to edit, the workout was insane for the legs, I’ve been focusing on mostly cardio for a month or so, so doing this was HARD. Second half was definitely slower because my legs were so numb I thought they might give out 😂. I’m recovered now but stairs are a struggle. This was my experience mostly because I haven’t had a leg day in months haha, 100% worth the pride when you’re done though!

If anyone is curious I burned 211 calories with this workout, I literally thought ´´another squad are you kidding me´´, if you have bad knees be carefull. And also at 85% I got a headache, sweat dripping everywhere and at 92% I was so dizzy omg.
Just did this, stuck in on Thanksgiving in a storm! Everyone saying this was basically a leg workout but it is not! You have to use and engage your core in all of the excercising! It is HIIT! Sweaty as hell. The squats did not bother me at all, which was awesome and shows gains from the wicked stairclimber I use all the time!
This is my go-to 'red' workout when I have my period. It is up to 90% all-standing and light on your abdomen. Perfect for the days when you need to avoid any upside-down movements for your pelvis. BRAVO!!
Really liked this one. I had to admit that I was suffering from some stomach pain and the heat but I was able to finish the whole workout without more rest so I am kind of proud of myself. Thank you so so so much Anna !!!

Your no-jump videos have been pivotal to my healing and recovery, slowly integrating them back in so the gain loss is as little as possible. I'm on a post pregnancy getting back in shape journey and because of said baby, going to the gym is just not feasible right now, so finding these full hiit workouts is such a game changer. Plus, I pulled something in my knee yesterday so i needed a low impact workout for at least the next couple days, and i admit i was a little but wary of the effectiveness of it. Thought I'd need at least an hour to get a good sweat. But holy cow, was i wrong! this one was as good as the rest, but without my knee being super sore afterwards. Definitely need to grab a shower now though!

I do love this workout, such a great mix of strength and core but still a calorie burner, done with hotsuit on it us super tough but 350 cals 68 AZM 114 avg bpm and 158 high. Thanks Anna. ❤

Since fitness is relative, this was an easy workout for me. That said, I’m so thankful because in the name of a “hard” workout, I would’ve skipped it today. Im super happy I did it and I’ll be coming back any time I am low on motivation or it’s just hard for me to get my mind to lift super heavy or run very fast. The sweat and endorphins are making me so happy, thank you Ana!

I hate when in the workout's time, trainers include the warm up and the cool down! no, I need to know the net amount of time 😄😄 I needed to replace maybe 3 exercises that were going towards burpee because of my knees but still soooo sweaty!!! I really like your workouts. I am desperate for more challenging workouts such as the ones you post, but that are all standing. I’ve had several shoulder and hand surgeries so burpees, walkouts, etc. are out of the question. I can’t be the only one. Right?
I have restart to workout and following the september calendar 2024, even if it's not the beginning of the month, the most important thing is to workout. These low impact workouts help me a lot

I'm at 11:07 The temperature is at almost 25 degrees. I'm already sweating a lot. I'm integrating way more pauses because it's simply too hot, but I still want to do the whole workout. I am trying to get back to form after a while without sports and an injury and this was amazing my level is usually way higher but I was so proud that I was able to finish the workout definitely will try to keep it up Thank you very much

NOTE FOR MYSELF: VERY KNEE UNFRIENDLY Tried it 3 times a week for 3 weeks. It was not a full body but a leg day and ... now I have to move to your knee friendly videos for the time being before coming back to this one.
Yeah I had to modify some of these due to my left knee. Lunges always get me. I subbed some for karate kicks and kept moving. I can do squats as long as I lift my toes slightly off the floor. Keeps me in proper form every time.

I am trying to get back to form after a while without sports and an injury and this was amazing my level is usually way higher but I was so proud that I was able to finish the workout definitely will try to keep it up

The third time, I only finished 60%. It wasn’t a big step, but at least I did better.
I had to take a little break halfway between round 2 but I was able to finish this on my first try!! im definitely adding this to my weekly rotation of workouts ❤

Tried it 3 times a week for 3 weeks. It was not a full body but a leg day and ... now I have to move to your knee friendly videos for the time being before coming back to this one.
Yeah I had to modify some of these due to my left knee. Lunges always get me. I subbed some for karate kicks and kept moving. I can do squats as long as I lift my toes slightly off the floor. Keeps me in proper form every time.
