    I've been following your fitness journey since last summer and it affected so much in my life! I was so unhealthy so lost my period for so long, but this November, I got my period back!     THIS. ONE. WAS. FIRE!!!🔥🔥🔥
    I had to take two breaks in between, one at 45 % and one before the 2 min plank. But still, I managed to get through and now I'm S.W.E.A.T.I.N.G. but sooo happy! This was intense but so much fun❤ And can we talk about the music choices?! At the beginning ( 4:00) some kind of music played that made me feel... Idk the music was just epic!! And the challenge at the end was my personal killer, but I pushed through due to the motivational song choice... thank you, Anna!!! Will do this workout until I do not have to take breaks between exercises. Great way to end the year!🎉 Again, you helped me so much this year and were my NUMBER ONE source of motivation❤❤ You're so kind, BEAUTIFUL and pure inspiration!!! Savior of my life🫶🏻 THANK YOU!!!

      At age 60, (and yes that’s a current photo of me on TH-cam) I managed the entire workout until the last two mins where I did a few walkout burpees plus toe raise star “jumps” . This was a tough one! ❤

    Thank you, beautiful woman, for challenging me and getting my mind on something else today. My best friend, my grandma passed away two days ago and it's been the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. I tell myself at least move your body and take care of myself even when I feel so depressed. I'll do meditation before bed and maybe stretch to calm down but I'm so thankful for your workout today. Exercise can't erase pain but it helps channel it. ❤️

      Glad I’m not the only one who thought it was insane! I am a comp dancer and over the break I wanted to do a workout! I had to stop halfway through and I did my own mini workout. I hope to keep progressing through these hard workouts

    Just now completed this workout.And my legs were like screaming stoppp please .I mean the 2 min burpees in the middle and at the end are killer.😢😮But the workout is worth all the sweat and pain❤❤❤

    Hey Anna, Since 2021, I have been with you. I had your app as well, but due to work commitments, I was unable to use it on a consistent basis. However, I was using your TH-cam videos to work out. I keep doing no-equipment workouts. They are incredible. I assumed there would be no workout today, so I looked for an old workout, but then this one came up. I have just finished it. I cannot thank you enough for these incredible workouts ❤

    Thank you so much for your workouts I am 19 but last year I was following a girl who was really toxic on social media all I wanted was to lose weight and she had a diet that was so extremely bad I only ate 1 meal a day but 1 day I was scrolling and I saw you I watched your videos and really liked that you had balance instead of 1 meal a day you have helped me so much thank you❤❤😊😊

    2 minutes of high plank and 2 minutes of burpees did me in for my 55 year old body. I took one short break during the high plank hold and went slow on the burpee/star jump. Thank you, Anna.

    wow today was tough! I had to take lots of breaks in between but I did it🔥💪
    I've never been a workout person, even though I've tried several times in the past. At the end of 2025, I have managed to finish four months already with your workouts when in the past I barely managed one with very few workouts done. There were days when I needed to take a break but I still remained constant👌Your videos have really helped me. Even though I still have thoughts of having a perfect body, I'm slowly changing my mindset to workout to feel powerful in my skin and I'm proud of myself. Thank you so much for your hard work ❤

    Thank you for the great workout! It's great fun and activates lots of different muscle groups. I had to take a short break after 75% the first time, but I'm already looking forward to improving my performance. Do you have any tips on how to make rapid progress with the exercises that require coordination and balance? Unfortunately, I still have problems achieving a good number of repetitions here because I'm still too slow.
