      It is an excellent workout and thanks for warning us about the adds-I'll just download it. Adds do interupt the flow of a workout-especially when they take time from the workout. Thanks!

    There was a time when it took me 3 hrs to do this workout because I couldn't do it without taking breaks in between but now I can do it all in one go. Thanks Anna for motivating us. Anybody who is struggling. Just take the first and be consistent. It takes time but once you get the hang of it it's so much fun

    Thank you Anna! 😀 💪 This was my first workout in 3 or 4 months because of long covid, so I struggled, but made it through. 🥵 Just want to let you know how much I appreciate you (and i'm sure everyone else here does too) knowing that you would be here when I was well enough, to help me get fit and healthy again was such a big help and motivator.     Another great workout to start the new year- thank you! I was suprised by the number of ads interrupting the workout though, would prefer they were moved.

    This was really hard and I had to rest a lot, but that's because I only started my weight loss and fitness journey in January. I was 195 lbs at the start of the year, and I'm down to 181 lbs now. It's crazy to see my muscles building and see how things I couldn't do before I can do now. I still can't do burpees, but my goal is to be able to do this workout without stopping by the end of the summer.

    Wow! Great workout, but would help prepare me better if you didn't call it full body workout; it's a leg-intensive workout with a few upper body movements thrown in.

    Vielen Dank für das Workout!!! Hat wie alle deine workouts Spaß gemacht!!! Noch besser hätte ich es allerdings gefunden, wenn ich nicht 5x mittendrin von der Werbung, manchmal sogar 2x 20 sek unterbrochen worden wäre. Das finde ich schade! Bei Cardiólogo Killer Hiit hatte ich keine Reverse Lunges oder so erwartet, da hab ich mich dann richtig über die Mondter Burpees gefreut!

    This workout had me feeling like I wanted to cry half of the time 😭🤣 as a plus size woman I simply couldnt do the side leg raises and the reverse burpees haha not a chance in hell (maybe one day I hope!).     Same as previous comment. Been doing these workouts for a long time and felt really upset with the add interruptions and we be doing future workouts with ads. I can see maybe one or two at the beginning and before cooldown but wayyyy too many in here for me!

    This was my first work out of yours, unfortunately it is my last. Just a very repetitive series of exercises for a 30 minute HITT. I have done tons of HIIT workouts but not with so many squat variations that really work the same area of the body. It would be nice to switch it up.

      Been watching since the beginning never had an add interrupt the workout. 5 ads today.
      Side note: excellent workout

    I love your workouts and this one was very good, but it has too many commercials, I watched more than 8. If it was the first time I see your videos, just for this reason I would not subscribe.
