RAMP IT UP!!! WoooHoooo!!! No kidding!! Oh Amy, this one immediately went into favorites!!! Loved, loved it! Heartrate up, time flew by and I even did a couple of the ramped up moves!

I'm recovering from an injury and haven't been able to do a full workout since Christmas. This was perfect. All standing and easily modifiable, yet I'm still sweating and my heart is pumping! Definitely saving to do this one again. THANK YOU for being awesome, as always!

I thought I was too tired to work out today but I figured I would stay at level one. Welllll, that didn't happen......it's only 20 seconds! And, of course, now I feel engergized and so much better. Thanks, Amy, for packing in all that in a short class.

Whew! Rampin' and ampin' today! That was a fast one and I loved it. Had to take it a bit easy on the higher-level version bc my achilles is still healing, but even the low impact moves were enough to keep my heart rate up. Was fully expecting a bonus move, but liked the cooldown.
So glad I got up and did this before work! Loved the moves and format.
