Loved it! Didn't even plan on doing a workout tonight, since I did a lower body with weights this morning. But with the relaxing music it was a great end to my day. Love your workouts.
i loved this active recovery- I loved the gentle cardio and how it was just enough to get your body moving but not too much where it felt like regular cardio, Wednesday i did some heavy weights and was still feeling sore yesterday and today, this was the perfect for me! i did some gentle cardio and felt energized and did cardio mobility and felt very refreshed and did some flexibility/mobility and i felt relaxed and so much better!
