I've been doing your workouts off and on for over a decade! This was my favorite series! After four kids, I NEED the extra and continual focus on core.

I love your workout programs. As a busy working mom of three I found the only time to workout was early in the morning. I wake up at 5am and sneak in a workout before the day starts. I love that I don't have to stress or think about what to do. I just follow the plan. I also love that your workouts are enjoyable!!! I hurt in all the right ways, not because I killed myself. I sooo appreciate your workouts! I quit weighing myself regularly since "working out with you" the last year and a half, because I can TELL I am more toned, fit, and healthy at 44 than I ever was in my teens or early 20s or young kiddo years. I feel stronger and my clothes fit better. I have learned the importance of adding strength to my training, with you- and I think that's a big part of it. I used to just run, run, run (cardio junkie) but now I'm seeing actual results. THANK YOU. 🙂

I love pyramid workouts! My core is still pretty week 9 months pp from kid #3 so I had to ease up on some of these but I just swapped out some of the moves for others and got through it! Thanks :)

Whew! This definitely flew by, but it was probably the most challenging cardio workout I've done with you. My hip flexors tend to be tight, and with most of these movements the bending was forward. I could have used some lunges :) Thanks for all you do Amy!

This workout kicked my ass! I actually really like the pyramid stack, and I usually hate anything cardio. I have a hard time sticking with any exercise routine, and I am really trying to fix that. This just may be the series to hold me to it! Thanks Amy for the work you put into these videos :)

Yeey..pyyyyyyramiiiiid staack....been waiting for it.Unfortunátely i Could only do the first staack..my muscles hurt from day 1 of absolution.i was using heavier weights for the first time.I usually have 4kg kettle bell as my heaviest but yesterday i used 6kg and 8kg😢.I will get there..ive been at 4kg for too long.
